We worked with Jon Kaiser. We put our house up for sale because my husband and I moved back to the West coast. From the very beginning of the process Jon had our backs. He stayed on top of everything! We wanted a 30 day close however it wasn't achieved. Not because of Jon but because of almost everyone on the Buyers team. Worst Realty. Agent Jon Kaiser is incompetent. Doesn't return calls. Can tell he hates being there. Complains about Everything. His Mommy & brother coddle him. If you don't buy the first 3 houses he emails or shows you he gets annoyed. DON'T get into a broker contract. Lots of big promises but Extremely Lazy!
