A leak detection expert couldn't find the source, and since Action said our cesspool was fine we were feeling hopeless. But then Mark (Action) asked if he could dig a hole near the foundation and opposite the area where the water was in my basement. I was so happy that he found a leak in a pipe that went through my foundation! What a relief! Now I just have to wait for the plumber and all will end well. Mark went above and beyond what I could have expected, and I will always use him.

Was too careless to cut the backsplash to the windowsill . The cutouts for the outlets were gouged and jagged, not finished. And the worst part: Even though he and I had agreed he would tell me when to visit his store to decide which parts of the slab should go where, he went ahead without notifying me and cut it. He then had his men surprise deliver it to me ( he said they were going to do something different, not delivering). When I wanted to send it back, so that we can look at the entire slab, to see whether I like how he cut it, he became extremely vindictive and told me he would tell his men to " leave the stone on my front step" and " not return." This meant he would keep my money and the other half of the slab. And quit and leave me stuck. He also never comes to your house to supervise or contribute to the work, he leaves everything to the workmen. He also doesn't communicate, not when the slab arrives at his store, so you are deprived from your preferences on which parts you like best. He also fails to tell you when there are long travel delays. There is no way around this incompetence and callous disrespect..

Unfortunately i was stuck at work when they came and installed and to my dismay i came home to my island top installed incorrectly (overhang wrong) and this repaired granite that was definitely not the slab i picked in the yard. The owner thought i was exaggerating so he cAme to my house himself, looked at one small L shaped section and sAid "i don't even know why they cut and installed this". I showed him all of the other bad spots and he said "well theres no way i'm replacing all of this" and that was the end of it. 67 sq ft of granite came in at $5000 that i worked really hard for and i'm left with a lackluster result that stares at me every time i'm in my kitchen. I had accidentally ordered 3/4" instead of 3/8", but he said that the 3/4" was actually better for my purposes because they don't shift as much when you walk on them. Great! I only got one kind of rocks, because I didn't want two giant piles. Will be placing the second order after this project is done. Great prices, great customer service. This company was recommended by my brother. They also have mulch and anything else you need for landscaping projects.
