I went with them last year to lay irrigation down in my front yard with a whole new system with foundation plantings to be watered by drip irrigation. With the really hot summer of 2025, I called two times for them to come out because the foundation plants were not adequately watered with drip irrigation. The first time, Reynolds came really quickly. The second time, I was told that I could change the amount of water myself on the app and that the team had already come out once to service me and that they had changed out 3 leaks in the drip system for free! The issue is, drip irrigation put in place did not reach all the plants - even though I was told it would- so I could increase the amount of water as much as I want and all it would do it drown some plants while others stay dry. Fast forward a year later, some very valuable trees have withered and died -3 japanese maples and 1 blue spruce along with some other shrubs. They also neglected to tell me that they reduced the amount of water everything was getting by 1/3 last summer because of the water shortage. They probably thought homeowners can change this themselves if plants look like they need more water. But we were away for July 2025 and came back to dead trees. An email telling us that they were doing this would have gone a long way. After thousands of dollars, I'm now back at square one and needing another system. Oh, they also told me they would change my old system (valves etc) and they didn't. They retrofitted everything to an old 30 year old system - I was told this when I got a new estimate recently. I was also told that the drip irrigation system was improperly installed, not suitable for my foundational plantings and were getting leaks because they didn't put a regulator in for that much water pressure. It would have been good for them to tell me that before installing the system. What a mess! Stay Away!

Yesterday was my first and last interaction with her. She rang my doorbell to say, "I'm not mowing your lawn until you pick up the dog poop in the back yard". I was home alone, holding my crying and overstimulated one year old son and holding back my barking dog from pushing her way through the front door. I told her, "just give me a minute to call my fiancée". I called my fiancée, who called her to advised that he was almost home and would pick up the dog droppings as soon as he arrived or to arrange another time or day for her to come by. She told him "no not doing this" and hung up on him. Later, while checking the outdoor camera, I can hear her telling her staff "she told me to hold on because she has to call her fiancée because she doesn't want to do it HERSELF". They left prior to my fiancée calling, and left the gates wide open. I understand that cleaning our dog's droppings are our responsibility, however I expected the owner to address this issue with a bit more professionalism and empathy. Not even a "hi how are you. I'm so and so from such and such company". I'm not sure if she expected my dog to use the toilet instead of the yard for her business or if she expected me to lock my kid and my dog in a cage to run outside to scoop up a few droppings of poop. We are working people. God forbid, we didn't pick up a few droppings. They have been mowing for several months, and now we have an issue? Additionally, we have had several missed services and rescheduling. My advice to all looking for lawn services is to steer far away from this one.
