The sales people we dealt with were all very polite & knowledgable. The only possible downside is that it takes 8-10 weeks for them to make the furniture. We donate many items to them because of their commitment to the local community. We know of several folks that volunteer by working at the facility. You must get donations dropped off before 2:00pm though. We have also found items to purchase for use at home eg replace a broken crock pot top, a lost appliance cord. Etc etc. We are downsizing and selling items on eBay, Craigslist, FB etc is a pain it's so much easier to donate and you can get a receipt for tax deduction.
