i love this company. i went to wash my comforter at the laundromat and gave several women quack's number. the employees are awesome

While my home was under rebuild due to a laundry room leak, I rented a washer and dryer set from Quack. They were always responsive for set-up, delivery and any maintenance issues that came up with the units. I'm removing 2 stars because in 3 months, I went through 3 washing machines due to problems and/or noise with each. The last unit was extremely small and basic and it had feral cat urine smell (NOT inside actual wash tub) which eventually faded, but it worked well enough and I made do. read more

Quack Rentals - Appliances & Repair Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Quack Rentals is so awesome. We had our dryer break down a few months ago, and since then we have been temporarily renting a dryer from Quack. I really value their great customer service. We had requested a rental from them and within the next business day, they were out to install it in our home. Then come this past weekend, the dryer we had been renting stopped working. I made a request with Quack to come out to look at it, and they came the very next day to replace the dryer. No questions, no hassle. We have had a great experience with them since installation and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in renting long term or short term. read more

Quack rentals is amazing. Everyone who works there has such a great attitude and always provided prompt responses when we reached out. The washer and dryer we leased for a year worked great and the monthly cost was within our budget. There were a couple of times we needed minor repairs but they were able to come within 24hrs. They also came to pick up the units within 2 days when we moved. The only reason I did not continue with them is because my new apartment only fits stackable units and they do not offer those, otherwise I would've loved to continued leasing. To anyone living in apartments in SATX: please consider renting from them! read more

Quack Rentals is a GREAT place to rent from. Ms. Amanda, was AWESOME. So easy to talk to could answer any and all questions I had. Mr. Tony, was AWESOME as well. He delivered my washer and gave me the do's and don't on how to keep the washer in good shape. If I wasn't purchasing a washer and dryer I would still have my Quack Rental. THE BEST RENTAL COMPANY THAT I KNOW OF. If you need to rent a washer and dryer or just one of the other go to QUACK RENTALS FOR SURE. You will not be disappointed. This rental company will come out and service if something is wrong. They come out to fix or replace. It's all in the service that they have. Thank you Ms. Amanda & Mr. Tony for great service and Thank you for being so kind to me. read more

Quack Rentals - Washer and dryer set - Appliances & Repair Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Excellent customer service. Quick response, quick setup, personal service. They treat you like family. I was having a stressful move and the manager was considerate and took the stress out helping me figure the best solution to get me up and running with a washer and dryer. She had someone out there the very next day. I didn't have the right dryer connection. It was the right number of prongs but it was a range. He went to get the right plug and installed it for me. They technicians are great guys and know what they are doing. I strongly recommend them and would use them again in the future if needed. read more

Had used another company before quack rentals and had no issues. I was surprised that we had issues at the beginning with all the positive reviews. After newly delivered the machines looked great. The dryer did not heat up. Then they brought another dryer and that one only dried on high setting and then the washer went out. 3rd time they came out and replaced both with subpar looking machines. The dryer worked as needed. The washer works but is super loud and sometimes makes banging noises on certain settings. They were fast and courteous with delivery and replacements. Just didn't enjoy their machines provided. read more

Hi highly recommend Quack Rentals! Amanda and her sister at this company are the most professional and reliable personal. Their products have been very reliable. I have no complaints and truly appreciate their services! read more

One of the easiest and most convenient rental services I have ever used. The customer service is phenomenal and the employees are always prompt, quick to do their work, and very nice. I rented a washer and dryer from this company- both which work great. I recently bought a washing machine from a friend who was moving. Mike came and not only removed the washer I was renting from them, but also took the time to set up my new washing machine and watch it through two cycles to make sure it was set up correctly. This was a huge blessing for me as I didn't know how to set up my new washer. Definitely 5 stars, and would recommend to anyone! read more

I rented washer and dryer from Quack Rentals for about 11 month. No installation fee and they auto withdrawn from my Credit Card. Both installation and removal of the washer and dryer were fast and professional. The equipment is standard, not the most fancy ones, but for 11 month, no issues. They also communicate with email and text which is super convenient. I had an issue with the auto payment and they took care of it right away. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent washer and dryer in San Antonio. read more

Hands down one of the best organizations I have ever had to deal with. Quick, courteous, friendly, and without a doubt one of the most competent service organizations that you would be lucky to come across. I could go on and on but let me just say this....you should definitely call this company when you need to rent something because customer satisfaction is paramount and a philosophy shared by everyone who works there. In fact both Mike and Amanda went out of their way to meet any and all questions and concerns that I had with nothing but kindness and patience. read more

This company is great! I was skeptical at first, but after 5 months of having these washers and dryers (which are great, not outdated or anything of the sort) with no problems I have full confidence in this company. The prices are great, the set-up is great. No app fees, no hard inquiries on your credit, no deposits etc, it seemed way too good to be true, and honestly it is way too good, but it is true! Definitely use Quacks if you are ever without your own washer and dryer, I really don't even feel like investing in a washer/dryer purchase when this great company is around. read more

I am writing this review after one month's rental service for a washer/dryer set. My review will be based on a number of interactions as well as with numerous players of the company. Prior to getting stationed and moving into our housing on post (JBSA FSH), we did not realize we had to come with our own washer and dryer. Worried we would have to shell out thousands on a brand washer and dryer set, we quickly tried to see if there was a reputable company we could entrust to rent for the next couple of months. I was hesitant to go through with the first thing that populated from the search engine, but I am so glad we did! My first interaction with Quack rentals began with an inquiry call with Amanda regarding their services, delivery/pickup, and earliest possible delivery dates. Not only did she answer all of my questions clearly and straightforward, but she also helped me navigate through the website. With such a positive experience right off the bat, I decided to take the plunge and rent that same day. The website in large font reads the words "schedule a delivery in 4 minutes," and that is absolutely precise. After filling out the form online you get an email letting customers know they wont be charged until the your delivery appointment has been confirmed. Amanda was quick to reach me by phone to schedule my delivery just a couple of days from the date I booked. We talked about concerns for the delivery since we live on the base, and additional paperwork may be needed for clearance and we were able to coordinate very easily. Amanda is very responsive by text and really goes out of her way to ensure things are going right on track. The day of our delivery, my husband escorted Dan onbase to deliver our set. It was a fairly quick process to my knowledge, and when he arrived at our residence our rentals were installed within minutes. He made sure to take caution as he rolled the units into our home, so as not to damage anything while moving them. He ran a cycle for both units to ensure no leaks and that the dryer in fact did heat up. Prior to leaving he made sure to allow time for any questions we may have for him. We asked our questions and the knowledge Dan had in his line of work was truly exhibited as he answered them all flawlessly. After the first day, we unfortunately had trouble with our dryer not heating up. I reached out to Amanda and she was able to schedule a replacement to be delivered the very next day. The units themselves are a bit on the older side, however, I am here to assure any future renter that these units are sound. If you ever have any issues, rest assured that Quack Rentals will take great care of you and go out of their way to make it work! After we found a washer/dryer set of our own I reached out to Amanda once again to schedule our pickup date. Our rental pickup was scheduled for the weekend, so we interacted with another lady (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall at the moment). She was very polite and quick to help us with communicating our delivery pickup onbase once again with Dan. Although our time with their company was coming to an end, Dan greeted us with professionalism and kindness, and he still treated us with top-notch customer service. He was quick to get our rentals out - and along with that, a kind and genuine smile. Each person I dealt with at Quack Rentals was polite, provided superb customer service, and handled each interaction with me with such professionalism. To anyone on the fence about choosing Quack Rentals as their future washer/dryer rental service, I would tell them if they choose Quack Rentals they will not be disappointed! read more

Highly recommend. What a painless solution! They were very communicative all the way through the process, and I felt very safe and confident through each step. Eric D. installed my washer and dryer. There were a couple issues with the water shut-offs at my apartment, but he was patient, kind, and went the extra mile to work with both myself and the apartment maintenance man to get everything resolved in that one trip. My appliances have worked with no issues. Am very thankful I decided to go with Quack! read more

I had my dryer go out and I emailed and Amanda was able to get me scheduled for the next day. Richard the delivery guy is great he switched out the dryer. This morning I used the dryer and it wasn't drying the clothes. I had already ran it thru 3 cycles and still damp. I called to ask him about the dryer and he said that the one I originally had was fixed and he could switch it out. He did it all within an hour. Richard and Eric the repair guy. You guys are the best the dryer is drying my clothes perfectly. THANKS RICHARD AND ERIC read more

Thank You so much for the Great Customer Service. My washer broke and I really don't like laundromats and when I searched for a rental you guys popped up and I filled out what I needed to online and the very next morning you contacted me and had a washer machine here immediately. Chris was Wonderful from the moment he came into my home until the time he left. You're very polite and told me what I needed to know about the washing machine. Keep up the Great work! I'll definitely recommend this company. read more

After my washer went out, a co-worker recommended Quack Rentals. I contacted Quack Rentals the next day and since that moment, it has been one amazing experience after another. The most recent one is when I moved to a different address. Dan, came to transfer the washer and so kindly offered to move my dryer and any boxes that would fit in his truck. At the new location, he helped unload the items we placed on his truck and even changed out the plug on the dryer. Before Dan left, I introduced him to my apartment complex manager and she loved him! Once he departed, she placed the Quack Rentals flyers Dan had given her on a table in the lobby. If you need to rent an appliance, I strongly recommend Quack Rentals. Great products, convenient services and an incredible team of professionals. Thanks Dan and Quack Rentals! read more

Amazing company! Super fast response time and very polite staff. I was in desperate need of a washing machine and my dad helped me to find Quack Rental by using Google. Very satisfied. read more

So UPDATE: The guy who's name I forgot in my original posting is Christopher. I know this now because he so kindly swapped out my washers this morning in all this heat with, I'm sure, a busy day ahead of him. Super pleasant person to chat with. Thanks, again, to everyone at Quack Rentals. read more

We were amazed with how fast Quack Rental got back to us after submitting our online application! Within minutes, Natalia called to verify our request. She was very polite and professional. They were planning on delivering the set the very next morning (on Sunday~) but Natalia called to let us know there would be a couple of hours delay. It meant a lot to us that Natalia called promptly to let us know of the unavoidable delay; it's a small gesture, but greatly appreciated. We live in a 3rd floor walkup but the delivery and setup was smooth and careful. Natalia even called us within the couple of days to make sure everything was going well. The washer/dryer are in excellent condition & they can do BIG LOADS! I'd love to own the set. It's exactly what I wanted. We've been using them quite a bit for 2 months now, and they are perfect. I would highly recommend Quack Rental. I hope you have a long, successful business. read more

I've rented from the before and am going back because even though I looked around everyone else charges delivery fees and application fees, not to mention the hard inquiries on your credit. Ridiculous!! My first unit from Quack Rentals worked great, older sure but still pretty nice. The delivery was fast, not the same day but we started a text conversation to set up a time that worked better. I think the text thing is great, because it's a personal level of service you don't expect from a business. Not to mention it's the quickest form of communication nowadays so bravo for adapting! They were also great the last time I had them because they picked up my set and it just so happened to be on the day I was supposed to be charged for the new month and they again, they sent me a text letting me know they would make sure not to charge me. Now THAT'S awesome service! read more

This place has the best customer service of any business in town. First of all, the price is unbeatable. Second, I had my washer and dryer in my home the same day I made my first months payment. And thirdly, when I did have issues with my machines, they were both replaced that same day. The delivery man, Mike, is super nice, polite, professional, knowledgable, informative, and will jump at the chance to help you out with any maintenance or mechanical issues you may be having with your machines. Long story short, it was midnight and he replaced my dryer that wasn't spinning. After a whole day of deliveries, he still came back to my residence to make sure I had working appliances. This is a wonderful business with wonderful staff. The nice ladies in the office were always polite and informative and always kept me up to date with my order. Definitely rent from this place if you're in need of a major appliance. You won't be disappointed. read more

I highly recommend using Quack Rentals to rent your appliances! There was a waitlist when I applied for a washer/dryer, but Amanda kept me up to date on the wait throughout the entire process. When Mike came to deliver the washer/dryer he was very nice, friendly, and helpful. He offered to deliver it early, but because I had to go to class he said not a problem, he would come later! 5 stars for professionalism, communication, and friendliness! read more

I have never taken the time to write a review but I had to this time.im pretty big on customer service!Basically I thought this would be a great idea but when I read the site it said free delivery in san Antonio then when u stroll down it has zip codes so then there would be a 30$delivery fee outside the loop then in small letters under that that's only apply to people who wants sets!washer\dryer so then they wanted to tack on another 20$ making the delivery fee 50$plus the 25$ rental fee totaling 75$ plus tax!when I called the company after I had already put in my order then they explained all of this, they give me a I don't care attitude and pretty much brushed me off to another company!and they explained that they wouldn't gain off of me without those fees and how they would lose out of money if they delivered to my location with a 30$fee!these days customer service is out the window!!!!I rather buy one for 125$!!!!than deal with that!I guess loosin one customer doesn't matter to them they will have plenty!Horrible read more
