They were always responsive for set-up, delivery and any maintenance issues that came up with the units. I'm removing 2 stars because in 3 months, I went through 3 washing machines due to problems and/or noise with each. Quack rentals is amazing. Everyone who works there has such a great attitude and always provided prompt responses when we reached out. The washer and dryer we leased for a year worked great and the monthly cost was within our budget. There were a couple of times we needed minor repairs but they were able to come within 24hrs. They also came to pick up the units within 2 days when we moved. The only reason I did not continue with them is because my new apartment only fits stackable units and they do not offer those, otherwise I would've loved to continued leasing. Excellent customer service. Quick response, quick setup, personal service. They treat you like family. I was having a stressful move and the manager was considerate and took the stress out helping me figure the best solution to get me up and running with a washer and dryer. She had someone out there the very next day. I didn't have the right dryer connection. It was the right number of prongs but it was a range. He went to get the right plug and installed it for me. Had used another company before quack rentals and had no issues. I was surprised that we had issues at the beginning with all the positive reviews. After newly delivered the machines looked great. The dryer did not heat up. Then they brought another dryer and that one only dried on high setting and then the washer went out. 3rd time they came out and replaced both with subpar looking machines. The dryer worked as needed. The washer works but is super loud and sometimes makes banging noises on certain settings. They were fast and courteous with delivery and replacements. One of the easiest and most convenient rental services I have ever used. The customer service is phenomenal and the employees are always prompt, quick to do their work, and very nice. I rented a washer and dryer from this company- both which work great. I recently bought a washing machine from a friend who was moving. Mike came and not only removed the washer I was renting from them, but also took the time to set up my new washing machine and watch it through two cycles to make sure it was set up correctly. I am writing this review after one month's rental service for a washer/dryer set. My review will be based on a number of interactions as well as with numerous players of the company. Prior to getting stationed and moving into our housing on post (JBSA FSH), we did not realize we had to come with our own washer and dryer. Worried we would have to shell out thousands on a brand washer and dryer set, we quickly tried to see if there was a reputable company we could entrust to rent for the next couple of months. I was hesitant to go through with the first thing that populated from the search engine, but I am so glad we did! My first interaction with Quack rentals began with an inquiry call with Amanda regarding their services, delivery/pickup, and earliest possible delivery dates. Not only did she answer all of my questions clearly and straightforward, but she also helped me navigate through the website. With such a positive experience right off the bat, I decided to take the plunge and rent that same day. The website in large font reads the words "schedule a delivery in 4 minutes," and that is absolutely precise. After filling out the form online you get an email letting customers know they wont be charged until the your delivery appointment has been confirmed. Amanda was quick to reach me by phone to schedule my delivery just a couple of days from the date I booked. We talked about concerns for the delivery since we live on the base, and additional paperwork may be needed for clearance and we were able to coordinate very easily. Amanda is very responsive by text and really goes out of her way to ensure things are going right on track. The day of our delivery, my husband escorted Dan onbase to deliver our set. It was a fairly quick process to my knowledge, and when he arrived at our residence our rentals were installed within minutes. He made sure to take caution as he rolled the units into our home, so as not to damage anything while moving them. He ran a cycle for both units to ensure no leaks and that the dryer in fact did heat up. Prior to leaving he made sure to allow time for any questions we may have for him. We asked our questions and the knowledge Dan had in his line of work was truly exhibited as he answered them all flawlessly. After the first day, we unfortunately had trouble with our dryer not heating up. I reached out to Amanda and she was able to schedule a replacement to be delivered the very next day. The units themselves are a bit on the older side, however, I am here to assure any future renter that these units are sound. If you ever have any issues, rest assured that Quack Rentals will take great care of you and go out of their way to make it work! After we found a washer/dryer set of our own I reached out to Amanda once again to schedule our pickup date. Our rental pickup was scheduled for the weekend, so we interacted with another lady (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall at the moment). She was very polite and quick to help us with communicating our delivery pickup onbase once again with Dan. Although our time with their company was coming to an end, Dan greeted us with professionalism and kindness, and he still treated us with top-notch customer service. He was quick to get our rentals out - and along with that, a kind and genuine smile. Each person I dealt with at Quack Rentals was polite, provided superb customer service, and handled each interaction with me with such professionalism. I rented washer and dryer from Quack Rentals for about 11 month. No installation fee and they auto withdrawn from my Credit Card. Both installation and removal of the washer and dryer were fast and professional. The equipment is standard, not the most fancy ones, but for 11 month, no issues. I was skeptical at first, but after 5 months of having these washers and dryers (which are great, not outdated or anything of the sort) with no problems I have full confidence in this company. I had my dryer go out and I emailed and Amanda was able to get me scheduled for the next day. Richard the delivery guy is great he switched out the dryer. This morning I used the dryer and it wasn't drying the clothes. I had already ran it thru 3 cycles and still damp. After my washer went out, a co-worker recommended Quack Rentals. I contacted Quack Rentals the next day and since that moment, it has been one amazing experience after another. The most recent one is when I moved to a different address. Dan, came to transfer the washer and so kindly offered to move my dryer and any boxes that would fit in his truck. At the new location, he helped unload the items we placed on his truck and even changed out the plug on the dryer. Before Dan left, I introduced him to my apartment complex manager and she loved him! We were amazed with how fast Quack Rental got back to us after submitting our online application! Within minutes, Natalia called to verify our request. She was very polite and professional. They were planning on delivering the set the very next morning (on Sunday~) but Natalia called to let us know there would be a couple of hours delay. It meant a lot to us that Natalia called promptly to let us know of the unavoidable delay; it's a small gesture, but greatly appreciated. We live in a 3rd floor walkup but the delivery and setup was smooth and careful. Natalia even called us within the couple of days to make sure everything was going well. I've rented from the before and am going back because even though I looked around everyone else charges delivery fees and application fees, not to mention the hard inquiries on your credit. Ridiculous!! My first unit from Quack Rentals worked great, older sure but still pretty nice. The delivery was fast, not the same day but we started a text conversation to set up a time that worked better. I think the text thing is great, because it's a personal level of service you don't expect from a business. Not to mention it's the quickest form of communication nowadays so bravo for adapting! They were also great the last time I had them because they picked up my set and it just so happened to be on the day I was supposed to be charged for the new month and they again, they sent me a text letting me know they would make sure not to charge me. This place has the best customer service of any business in town. First of all, the price is unbeatable. Second, I had my washer and dryer in my home the same day I made my first months payment. And thirdly, when I did have issues with my machines, they were both replaced that same day. The delivery man, Mike, is super nice, polite, professional, knowledgable, informative, and will jump at the chance to help you out with any maintenance or mechanical issues you may be having with your machines. Long story short, it was midnight and he replaced my dryer that wasn't spinning. After a whole day of deliveries, he still came back to my residence to make sure I had working appliances. I have never taken the time to write a review but I had to this time.im pretty big on customer service!Basically I thought this would be a great idea but when I read the site it said free delivery in san Antonio then when u stroll down it has zip codes so then there would be a 30$delivery fee outside the loop then in small letters under that that's only apply to people who wants sets!washer\dryer so then they wanted to tack on another 20$ making the delivery fee 50$plus the 25$ rental fee totaling 75$ plus tax!when I called the company after I had already put in my order then they explained all of this,they give me a I don't care attitude and pretty much brushed me off to another company!and they explained that they wouldn't gain off of me without those fees and how they would lose out of money if they delivered to my location with a 30$fee!these days customer service is out the window!!!!I rather buy one for 125$!!!!than deal with that!I guess loosin one customer doesn't matter to them they will have plenty!Horrible read more
