I had a private room with deep wooden tub to soak in for 25 minutes. They provided a cold face cloth, ice lemon water and hot tea to sip on. The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair/recliner, wrapped in the blanket, listened to relaxing music and the sound of water. What a great experience this was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back here.

When I first walked in, the receptionist was there and was talking to someone else and failed to say anything to me. Being new, I didn't know if i was suppose to check in or not or what to do. Didn't say a word to me the entire time. Didn't ask how I liked my brows or anything. She did an ok job cleaning up my stray hairs and getting the job done.
