Qigong medical health treatments include purging, fortifying, and moving Qi to improve the body, mind, emotions, and spirit, which improves how a person feels and also can curtail, and even prevent disease from taking root.
Recommendations may also include modifications in diet, exercise, thoughts, and lifestyle- all with the continued goal to sustain and improve one's health and wellness.

Meet the Business Owner: Beth Q.
I am a Registered Nurse and also a certified Medical Qigong therapist. Medical qigong lineages are passed from doctor to apprentice. I was taught by Dr. Suzanne Friedman who had Qigong passed to her by Dr. Xu Hongtao of the Xiyuan Hospital in Beijing, China. Suzanne is a qigong master in a spiritual qigong lineage, in that her other teacher, Master YeYoung, inducted her into his family's Daoist inner alchemy & meditative qigong forms. The qigong treatments and exercises come from the medical tradition, where these exercises have been passed down from doctor to doctor since at least 300 BCE.
These techniques allow the energy of your body, mind, and spirit to become balanced. When this happens, pain and discomfort can be reduced and your physical and emotional well being improves.
After a medical Qigong treatment, it is important to continue self care to prevent the problem from reoccurring or you may want to return for follow-up tune-up treatments to keep problems at bay. Sel
