Friendly staff. Quick service. Fresh food. Good variety. Enjoyed the flame grilled steak burrito.

Shockingly this was my son and I's first time in a Qdoba and we had a very pleasant experience. My son who is addicted to chipotle asked what qdoba was and I told him it was like chipotle. We made a deal that we would try one salad from qdoba and one from chipotle and see. Upon walking in and telling the two gentlemen it was our first time they offered us some samples and told us about the menu. We already agreed we would do a chicken salad bowl to compare to his usual order at chipotle. I give a 5 stars for service, however we still prefer chipotle but we like qdoba's lettuce better since chipotle changed theirs. Here's a pic of the two bowls side by side. I also like that qdoba has cilantro and those little tortilla chips. read more

Do NOT order from this place. I ordered a bowl with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and steak and got none of those things. I got a bowl or rice and jalapeños. Garbage place and garbage people read more

this is my new favorite place for a burrito bowl much better than chipotle because the food tastes, fresher and there are interesting toppings like pickled to onions and cilantro. Recommend read more

After a dentist appointment, I was looking for a good quick lunch and ended up at this nearby Qdoba. There was only one person in line ahead of me when I walked in. I was able to order a steak burrito, which is made to order, and have it made and paid for in a couple of minutes. The quick requirement was checked off, but would it be good? I'm happy to say it was! The steak was grilled and flavorful. It was a large, thick, tasty burrito. It was a bit skimpy on the sour cream, and I had to get brown rice instead of white rice, so there was some room for improvement. But I will definitely be back at some point for another burrito. read more

Starving & walking around looking for a place to eat after arriving in Center City, Philadelphia, I came into this eatery. I ordered the Steak Fajita and quickly changed my mind. I remember is Friday, and religious obligations forbids me to eat meat on Fridays. The young man behind the counter suggests the Impossible Bowl. Plant based " meat". Absolutely amazing!I would have never thought it tasted so good. My bowl is piled with Rice, Black Beans, the " Meat" Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Melted Cheese, Shredded Cheese,Tortilla Chips, some Sauce, Sour Cream. Cold Green Tea to drink. I'll come back for another Impossible Bowl. Service is very friendly. Young crowd. read more

Uggh, that was terrible. The spicy chicken is in a sour sauce that is neither good or spicy. The salsa verde sucks too. Over $20 for a shitty lunch. read more

First time trying Qdoba because Chip**le has let us down over and over. Qdoba is not much better. Forgot several things from our order, small portions, and the 'steak' in my bowl consisted of five or six chunks of pure fat. I ordered a salad and quesadea from Qdoba Bala cynwd yesterday through doordash. The salad looked different but I was so hungry so I ate it. An hour or so later I got the worse pain in my stomach and it all came up. I felt so sick, the food wasn't good. Once it was out of me I began to feel better. This was the first time I had such an experience with Qdoba but it has left an impression upon me. Sbc read more

Moved to Philly about a month and a half ago and this Qdoba is amazing. Every time I have come here regardless of employee or time of day the customer service had been phenomenal. Chips normally salty and food very flavorful. The employees are what separates this Qdoba though and I will keep coming back. Also, if you haven't before, get some Tajin and douse ur Qdoba and Chipotle in it you will never go back. read more

I ordered pick-up. I got chips and queso and a chicken and cheese quesadilla with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guac. The queso (which came only half full) was so thick and flavorless. More of a bland cheddar broccoli soup than queso. My quesadilla was missing the lettuce and pico I ordered. There was only chicken on half of it, but it was so stale and crunchy. Do not recommend. read more

Their food is amazing food, their prices great, and their service was awesome. the food area was very clean.

They forgot to include the corn and beans for my girlfriend's burrito bowl. Such a damn disappointment, now she was stuck eating nothing but rice and tomato's. You guys need to do better next time. read more

I did not enjoy my "meal" for lack of a better word here AT ALL. I ordered three chicken tacos. The first guy in the assembly line asked if I wanted flour or corn tortillas and he proceeded to warm them on some press but kept each one in for like one second so what was the point. The rest of the ingredients go in and when I finally bit into the first taco it was truly nasty. The chicken was dry, old and cold. All of it was just disgusting so I threw it away. read more

How about I order nachos to watch thePhoenix Suns in the playoffs and I'm so excited , because seasoned ground beef is available! Not too many places offer it. The nachos arrive with a large queso on the side and NO TORTILLA CHIPS!!!! The ground beef must have run out too! I call the place to let them know NO CHIPS for my nachos and they say they ran out?!!?! Then they tell me I can come over the next day and get some chips for free?!?! I asked them if that was a JOKE? read more

Food is great and staff are super nice, place is also super clean. Super fun place to eat

My office ordered from this Qdoba through Grub Hub. Not only were our orders wrong and not tasty, but all but one of us got very ill from this meal. It was the only thing we'd all eaten in common. The only person who didn't get ill, didn't eat guacamole, so that was likely the culprit. First of all, their page on grub hub doesn't match the menu on the Qdoba page. Therefore it was a pain placing the orders. The food did arrive within the confines of the 35-45 minute estimate, which is about the only good thing about this whole experience. I guess the credit for that mostly goes to the Grub Hub driver though. The food was tasteless and everyone's order was missing salsa or salsas that we had some specified on the order. Other various toppings were missing as well. Then three of us later had the worst stomach cramps I've ever experienced and some serious intestinal distress. It caused me and another staff member to have to take sick time to deal with it and recover. Moral of the story is read Yelp reviews of the specific chain location before ordering delivery. Other Yelpers have reported this store as unclean and posted photos of it; I also saw another report of food poisoning. It's too late for me now, but it isn't for you. Obviously, I won't be eating at any Qdoba's in the near future and am never going to this location again. read more

Overall, pretty mediocre. I found the seasoning to be lacking - I got a chicken burrito bowl that really didn't taste like much even though I had gotten all of the things, as one does (both beans, all the veggies, all the salsa, all the cheese)! Also prep work is lazy as evidenced by 1) the huge chunks of raw onion and tomatoes in the pico de gallo and 2) the thick pieces of bell peppers that are almost raw in the fajitas. The only saving grace is that guac and queso don't cost extra with any entree. read more

I just can never find anything here that isn't just bland- temp wise, texture wise, flavor wise. Consistent and bland. I came between busy shifts so it was odd that it took extra long to get my order through with everyone stopping to talk to the person next to them. Even the manager at the register talked to one of the other employees for at least 30 seconds before finally taking my card and then I had to TELL HIM I also wanted a drink. There's plenty of quick eating options on this street, pick another. read more

~As cinco de mayo approached.. I began to feel an ever growing fiesta en mi estómago, & more than ready to have a celebración for luncheon. It was muy caliente out that day as I strolled down the street, & I came upon a Qdoba Mexican Grill. First impresiónes: When entering I noticed the décor was fairly outdated, & lighting was a bit dark. I would initially compare this to Chipotle's little retardado hermano. I decidió to go with the Burrito, & was muy feliz to see they had wheat wraps, brown rice, & smoked brisket as an option. The burrito was wrapped up perfectly like a pequeño bebé in a blanket; as I bit into it... the flavors belted out singing en mi mouth like a spicy mariachi band. The only problem..it was composed mostly of rice due to the heavy handed employee on that specific ingrediente. I will give it a 5 out of 10 "mouth feel" & overall it was a par de sub experiencia. Note: having butchered the Spanish language, I do not mean to offend anyone in this Spanish/English macaronic review. The Don semi-approves of this establishment & may be back~ read more

Convenient location, moves quick like any other Q'Doba.. the people who work here are actually always hella cool. Only issues is the burrito rolling skills aren't the best :(. I mean it's cool, I just get a fork and go to work but it would be nice if they improved in that area. Either way this always towards the top of my list for a consistent inexpensive lunch option. I love Q'Doba so much more than Chipotle haaaaa. read more

Let's start with the food. I went into Qdoba with the knowledge that it was comparable to Chipotle. This is correct. However, it's still very fresh and very tasty. The price is affordable as well. I got a bowl with black beans, white rice, lettuce, cheese, corn salsa, and guacamole. The guac was super fresh and delicious and they give you a food portion of food. Perfect after a long day at the football game or a filling meal after a workout. The location is also perfect as it's right across Broad St. The staff is also friendly. read more

I would prostitute myself for a bowl of their Mexican gumbo. I would like to eat a chicken burrito every day. I dream of bathing in the three cheese queso dip. Sadly, they now display the calorie counts on the menu. But I still love it very very much. read more

The burritos are okay for fast food. The meat was good. The salsas lack any punch; I got the hottest one and it still seemed mild. And unlike similar chains, there is no salsa bar where you can add more spice if you need it. Beware the nachos. I was expecting yummy nachos with fresh cheese like Baja Fresh (or even La Salsa, a poor substitute). When they referred to the cheese on my nachos as "queso," I should have run. Unless the entire menu is in Spanish, "queso" means "runny cheese food product in lieu of shredded cheese." And that's what I got. I ordered what the menu called "three cheese nachos." It is only now that I recall from commercials that Velveeta is a blend of colby, swiss, and cheddar (-type products). There were pretty bad. Overall, Qdoba is not the worst place to grab a meal on the run. It's also not the best Mexican-style fast food. And it's certainly not a place I make a point to patronize. If I'm in a hurry and it's on the way, I might go again. read more

I do NOT like the customer service here. I did a online pick up and on my receipt I was told to walk straight to the cashier. One of the workers looked at me like I was crazy and didn't even ask if I was a pick up order. I'm not sure what's her name because she's not wearing a tag but she is highly unprofessional. She whispered under her breathe she was ready to get the f*ck out of here. Ma'am if you don't like your occupation don't work there. She made me wait for pick up to work on someone else order but I already paid for pick up, you can simply just hand me my order. read more

I like QDOBA very much. The bad thing is the quality, quantity and level of service is not consistent. This location is probably the worst especially for quantity. The food tastes fine - and the cafeteria style of "design your own" burritos, tacos and quesadillas is catching on fast -but don't be fooled. It's still fast food - and it is super-duper HIGH in calories. A typical burrito has 1100 - 1600 calories. (Naked will reduce it by 330 - as the PLAIN TORTILLA is 330 whopping calories alone.) That said - I do enjoy the Naked Chicked Burrito, no cheese, small (70 cal) taco-sized torilla on the side. It's just too hard for me to "hold the guac" and save 220 calories. That guac - for fast food guac tastes muy bien to me. Also "Dan" the manager at this location is very good - he catered a small event for my group and it went well (Naked Burrito Bar and lots of different salsas). By the way - I think Jack-in-the-box owns Qdoba - I know Chipotle is owned by McDonalds. FAST FOOD - people. Eat under a health advisory. Note: In the summer they make a very tasty mango salsa. You can get it on ANY burrito if you ask. read more

I've recently discovered Qdoba and, for fast and relatively cheap fast food Mexican, I'm a fan. You can get a salad in one of those delicious crunchy tortilla bowls (just tack on 465 calories for one of those bad boys) or nix the bowl for a healthy meal. There are several options for protein and two different types of veggies (grilled and fajita style). There are many types of salsa. I love options. I love Mexican. I'm loving Qdoba. Here's hoping I can resist that delicious queso. read more
