I came here because I felt pretty sluggish and didn't feel like cooking for myself. Service was amazing, I was able to quickly order and the people were super helpful and kind. Normally I'm pretty picky when it comes to food and I've been trying to be open to more food and this place is perfect. I can see what goes into my bowl, choose, and it's done all right infront of me. The food itself was very good and fulfilling and I think the price is pretty decent, I feel fulfilled and happy. Qdoba, you need to be ashamed of yourselves. I haven't been here for over 6 months and before it was very good. This time I can tell the quality has gone downhill. I also got chips and queso. They used to give you a decent amount of chips and queso. Now it comes in a small bag with chips filled only a 1/4 of the way. The queso used to come in a larger cup. Even though it's a smaller cup the chips were all gone with the queso only 1/2 way gone. I won't be coming back here again. read more

This Qdoba has well trained employees, kind customer service, prompt and fresh food (even in the evening before closing) Parking is convenient, the inside of the establishment seems clean, and appears unkept. What an awesome location to live close to. The employees that assisted us and should be recognized or named RJ who greeted us the moment we walked in, and Avilez who handled our bowls perfectly. As a customer I felt seen, and super happy with my meal. Mango salsa tasted delicious! One of my favorite things to get during the summer, and such a treat to add guac and everything else without worrying about all of the extra charges like chipotle. I visited for burrito day Bogo offer. When I got to the pay area it was confusing with the tip buttons. I mean tip for what, it's their job to assemble the burritos. This place gets orders wrong more often than they get them right. It seems almost every order (and we don't order from here that often), they get something wrong or forget something. Last time (several months ago) they got both my husband and my bowls that we ordered for pickup incorrect. The only reason we even came back was online customer service gave us free entrees for the wrong order. I put an order in today and my husband went to pick it up. We had both ordered bowls with the salsa on the side. I don't like having salsa on my bowl because it makes everything cold and I wasn't sure if I would like the spicy salsa I ordered or not. They somehow managed to get my husband's bowl correct but messed mine up yet again. They put both salsas on the bowl, and drowned it in them. The bowl was cold, soupy from all the extra liquid from the salsa, and it made the rice mushy. The salsa was also so spicy that I couldn't eat it. I tried calling several times but they never picked up their phone. My husband drove back to get the bowl corrected. No apologies at all for the inconvenience and they were rude and seemed annoyed they had to remake the bowl. Horrible customer service. I used them for a 150 person catering order. They were easy to work with (corporate catering) and then also the manager. We had a specific location that doesn't really have an address so I went in to chat with him about location and delivery. He was excellent to partner with. Delivery day went smooth - they set up and the food was hot and excellent and everyone absolutely loved it. I even threw them a curveball and called that morning to ask if they could deliver an hour earlier due to a change in schedule. They were accommodating which made the party an even bigger success. The options of the food really cater to everyone! Veggies, gluten free, etc. - with everything being separate - all could eat and enjoy! And when you return the metal baskets, you get a free entree for each basket - win win! I would highly recommend this Qdoba for any catering events. read more

First things first, I'm not comparing this to authentic Mexican food...we all know these two places are not but Chipotle is still pretty good. Anyways lol. Qdoba: Medium size dining, lots of seating and clean. Lots of menu options. I had a burrito with the adobo chicken. The chicken looked well seasoned but tasted bland. Everything pretty much tasted bland, my burrito was a solid 5/10. Felt kinda awkward ordering too. Walked in and waited like 5 minutes before my order was taken. Every time I've been here the staff have been great. They're really polite about glove changes and accommodate me with food allergies, and have even remade food if it allergens have gotten in my food. Is it the best burritos ever? No. But it's decent, cheap and quick to grab if I don't have time but I also understand going in its fast food and it's going to be fast food quality. read more

Yikes, do the staff pay attention to what they're putting in your bowl? First of all, the staff at this location are always STRESSED, and it comes out on customers consistently and in the quality of our food. I've witnessed staff raising their voice at delivery drivers and customers asking to pick up their order, and don't get me wrong I understand how stressful working in food can be, I've been there, but there's always a chance to take a breath before addressing your customers with a rude attitude. On top of this, you end up with huge chunks of un-shredded meat or you find yourself asking "did they actually scoop that meat on top or put it back in the container". On the off chance the staff are nice and the flow is slow, they're polite and friendly, but let two more people walk in and the stress changes the environment completely. Our family pics up dinner at this Qdoba every Tuesday and has for years. For the past month, their app hasn't been able to order a salad with a cruncy tortilla shell. Every Tuesday, I have stood in their store to order and told them this was a problem. Every Tuesday, I still get the same message. Very rude folks behind the counter. They did not have lettuce, cheese and guacamole for a veggie bowl, we asked for extra rice in our bowls, the lady was VERY rude and stated - we will charge extra for extra rice. When we mentioned the unavailable veggie items, we get the look on their faces and then they say it is a company policy to charge for extra rice. Could have spoken to us much more gently. This Particular restaurant has gone signifiCantly down hill. We went for indoor dining this evening (5 pm). The lobby was extremely dirty, even counter tops and tables were full of dust/debris. The floor looked as though it hadn't seen a mop in days. Quite disgusting to be honest. And the crew seemed more concerned with their cell phones behind the counter than actually working. Wow has this place changed. Been a long standing customer of this Qdoba. Will seriously think before coming back. Was greeted with "we can't change anything about our Signature Eats menu". Okaaaay. Hello to you too. "I have to tell you." So when I point out that it says on the bottom of the menu "Modifications may incur an up charge" he just parrots his talking points. My wife orders something off that Signature menu and I ask her what she wants on top and am told "we have to put all of the signature ingredients on it." To me it seems like these people have caught the same attitude a lot of people have lately to tell you what you can and cannot do. We came on a Wednesday night about 5:45pm. Not too long of a line. Workers looked miserable like they hated their jobs. We ordered two surf and turf bowls customized. The bowl was significantly larger than the other but had the exact ingredients. Two different people made them. They gave us a dirty look when we asked for pico on the side that I was appalled so I even said "I'm sorry" just asking for it on the side. We asked for more lettuce at the register and Anna said "we are swamped" and tried to convince us not to and that they have to charge us even though we showed them comparison of the bowls. Been coming to Qdoba (various around Bothell and Woodinville) for about 20 years. I always love their food and it has always consistently been the same. While this may look similar to the Chipotle chain of restauraunts, Qdoba is so much better. Qdoba had the queso sauce from the beginning, which caused my addiction to the chicken queso burrito. Meats- Always grilled and seasoned well. Quesadillas- Plenty of cheese and anything else you want. Fresh house made salsas are mandatory for me to really take the flavor over the top. I'll continue to frequent Qdoba, and just hope they open more locations! read more
