I had never heard of Qdoba before until my coworker was talking about it. We came here for dinner and there was nobody here. It reminded me a lot of Chipotle and the layout was very similar. I tried to order the same thing I would have ordered at Chipotle (burrito) so I could make a good comparison between the two places. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Burrito ($6.29) and a regular soda ($1.59). There was an option with queso which I should have tried but since I was trying to compare this and Chipotle, I decided not to. The size of the burrito was large bu nothing I couldn't finish. The Grilled Chicken was good and I would recommend it even though that was the only thing I tried here. lol I'll have to try other things on the menu if I see a Qdoba Mexican Grill near me. Ordered online and the food wasn't ready when I showed up at the time for pickup 10 min after promised time. Once I got my burrito, it was only half wrapped in foil. The people at the counter were snappy and rude and acted like I had inconvenienced them....this was my first time and my last time at this place. Chipotle would never! read more

Hard pass on this location. Dirty lobby and line, so shouldn't have been surprised that we found a hair in our food. And felt sick after. The Spanish woman working as cashier was friendly / professional and understanding as these things can happen but the manager/owner was very rude once she was made aware of the situation. We were quite calm just caught off guard. That interaction was quite shocking actually. Handled very poorly by the mgr to put it kindly. She wouldn't refund since I already ate 1/3 of burrito (stopped when I saw hair inside tortilla) but she did offer to remake the burrito in a very rude tone. Threatened to not let me return after i said "that's one way to handle the situation". Ended up giving the remade burrito to a homeless person down the street. Managers/owners daughter also smiled the whole time like she was enjoying the situation. Even walked up to us from her spot on the line like she was going to defend the hair in the food. Quite the operation they have going. Tip to manager: Refund next time. Would've suited everyone in the restaurant better. Good luck with your business. read more

This is a go-to lunch stop for my colleagues. It seems to be somewhere everyone can find something they like. I don't like their rice or queso but I seem to be in the minority on this. I order the same thing every time, burrito bowl, no rice, pinto beans, chicken, no queso, pico and habanero salsa, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeños, and chips on the side. I would think that it would taste the same every time but because everyone uses different portions the taste varies quite a bit with each visit. It's almost $10 for basically nachos so I think that's a little hefty. read more

In short, terrible service and mediocre food. Stopped in to grab some food to go. Got three smothered burritos. I've been to Qdoba restaurants all over the country and I've never, ever received such a small portion. Then, when I asked for sour cream, instead if scooping a bit out of their big tub if sour cream, they just squirted some in top. I said I was willing to pay for a side of sour cream and they said that they couldn't give it to me with the type of burrito I ordered. Very disappointing. Will not return. read more

Am I allowed to declare a Qdoba outside my usual dining area a personal fave? Because, after is weekend, the Grand Island location wins! The minions and I were visiting my folks this weekend, and I wanted to take everyone to lunch while shopping. I noticed this spot while cruising up 281 on my way to St. Paul, and when I found out my parents had never been, we all agreed this sounded like a great choice. I love the concept, and this location works like all the Denver ones: pick your dish, pick the meat, top it, enjoy. I was concerned my dad might be overwhelmed (even with the nine year old grandson assisting). Have no fear, the familiar, cheerful staff is here to help, just like they are on Denver. The gals behind the counter were above and beyond friendly, and Dad declared the food incredible! He had the soft tacos with ground beef and pico, but I caught him eyeing my naked chicken fajita bowl with brown rice throughout the meal. He even liked the Freestyle machine with ginger ale! Grand Island is lucky to have Qdoba in town. Totally worth the stop! read more

I eat here often because I like Qdoba as a whole, however this particular Qdoba is plagued with consistent unfriendliness and a general sense of indifference from the employees that is off-putting. I always dread the interaction at this location when ordering my meal. The food is good, fresh, and consistent and I certainly appreciate that. read more

I have gone to Qdoba for years and always like it and have always had great service until last week they totally messed up our order and I let that go, but today 9/28/2019 at 1120 am! I had the most rude supervisor or manager. The worker made a mistake and the supervisor had to fix it and the girl apologized to her and me and the supervisor/manager was nasty with me to refund my money and changing food out. This was not my fault but she sure acted like I was inconveniencing her and like I shouldn't be questioning thing. I will not return to this establishment again until things change back to the fun and enjoyable staff they once had. read more

They were really rude the whole time we were there we felt like a burden... they couldn't even fake a hi the guy was like what do you want ? I've been to Qdoba before so I know how things work and I was like ok I want to make my own salad and he started assembling something of his own creation before I even said what meat ... and then he got mad at me for what he did! And I asked 3 times for a side of sour cream and he kept saying no ... then at checkout I asked the manager who was finishing hey can I please get a side of sour cream .. and before she could answer the guy yelled you didn't ask for that ! That's extra ! ... after all of that I asked where was the bathroom and the guy said oh you don't need it ... after a 14 hour drive I think I know what I need thanks . Upon arriving at this qdoba there was only one staff member accounted for in the front. She was very polite and made our food as we requested. The food .... When ordering a lot of their line wasn't stocked well and she had to go grab new, not complaining about the freshness, but as the place was COMPLETELY empty, what exactly was the staff doing? Well I ordered chicken and had a few char pieces the chicken was so burnt, so take a good look at the meat before you make you selection. My husband had beef and loved it, no complaints there. Bathrooms - men's has no changing table Neither has hot water to wash your hands.. I wouldn't even call it warm water. The place was clean but could have used a wipe down here and there from previous customers. I would return here again but with caution. read more

No respect for vegeterians, the rice and bean containers had meat. On asking about what if someome is strictly vegetatian or alergic, the answer was "we dont serve them". This definitely tops the list of bad experiences. read more

Lots of variety...always good. The staff is fast and friendly (although they might need lessons in their burrito rolling - ingredients always seem to spill out). The Queso burrito and Ancho Chile BBQ burrito help differentiate their flavors/options from a place like Chipotle. The Pick Two for $5.99 is a great value and good way to try different Qdoba items. I've also liked how they have incorporated Facebook into their marketing efforts. Great way to enter contests for discounts on food. read more

Love it!! Everything is cooked fresh and great tasting. All employees are very friendly and remember you (and what you ordered previously) when you come back. They have such a great variety of menu items from simple tacos to giant, overstuffed burritos and everything in between. I also like their daily deals, like kids eat free on Monday's, double points on Tuesday, etc. It makes it fun. Their restaurant is always clean and has a great atmosphere and decor.
