Definitely not the best Mcdonald's I've ever visited. Aside from having a clean and modern interior, their drive thru and customer service are severely lacking. Many times your order will be wrong, and the line moves at a snail pace. Tonight I was particularly frustrated because they informed me that they were cash only (which wasn't an issue), and then when I pulled around to the first window they made me wait for ten minutes. Finally a lady came and rudely informed me that I was holding up the line and that I should know that when they're "on manual, the first window isn't used and payment is at the second window." Despite her thick attitude with me, I explained that it was no issue to go to the second window, but nobody ever told me they were on manual or that I needed to skip the first window. I understand that sometimes things don't run smoothly on their end but they need to keep a face of professionalism to customers. Choose somewhere else to spend your money. Went there at 7:30am on a Monday and it was closed? There sign on the door says their open at 7am so why are they closed? There were employees in there but made up signs saying they were closed? I drove out of my way and they were closed. Google says they were open too. Maybe they felt they can open when ever they the employees wanted too. Yes that's probably the reason. Major fail. We are very disappointed with this location. We go in and order on the screens to save time for the workers. But then we cant pay on it so we wait in line for a while to pay. Meanwhile, a young girl is going back and forth between the kitchen and a group of her friends. She has long hair and it wearing normal clothing. Who knows if she has washed her hands. Just went in there and 1 they gave me ä orange juice and I ordered a pineapple mango smoothie and manger tells me nope its a smoothie. Reminder the thing is complete liquid and last time i knew smoothie's aren't complete liquid. 2 the smoothie they did give me wasn't even filled all the way up. And the drive thru is blocked by a semi, that I assume is their delivery. Maybe you should either hire enough people to staff location, or change your hours of business. False advertising and all. DISGUSTING!!! I have been burned by this McDonald's multiple times but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back the first time the wait was so long I had to leave even though I had paid and then they refused to give me my money back and now I got a not so crispy buttermilk sandwich that should've been wrote off but they obviously serve food that is past the time limit..10/10 believe McDonald's needs to be shut down or cleaned out and started new with better management and employees read more
