Nachos

This place reminds me of chipotle and cafe rio. It has the same way of ordering that both places do. They have a great selection of items to choose from. Unfortunately the food did look like it had been sitting for a while. The location was not busy at all. The portions for the price seem off compared to other similar restaurants. We ordered 3 tacos, nachos and 2 drinks and it was $30 but the nachos and tacos were pretty small. The employees were nice and helpful with questions and the food did taste pretty good. I don't think this will be replacing either chipotle or cafe rio for me, but I would try them again, maybe just a different location.

No atmosphere, no customers, clean restaurant. The food was fantastic! Restaurant was very clean, fresh and much like Chipotle! In fact I feel much better!

Portion size. This isn't eaten (only food shifted from walking to the park)

What a joke. The picture I posted was for a $13 steak bowl. Mind you , I have not touched the food yet, it only shifted from walking to the park. Tasted ok tho.

My son and I made the drive to the Rainbow location from Silverado Ranch to order dinner. My son chose the steak burrito and I chose the chicken bowl. Our food was delicious! Fresh, hot and serving size was good. The steak burrito was huge, stuffed with steak, cheese, white rice, beans, etc. My bowl had fresh cooked chicken, white rice, red onion, pico de gallo, guacamole, pinto beans, cheese, etc. It was loaded down with tasty goodness. My son's burrito we made into a meal with a Coke, chips and Queso. The counter service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. It is a good location, worth the drive. The restaurant is clean and neat. We definitely will return to try more of their delectable dishes.

This location is a joke. I ordered their tortilla soup. I wanted tortilla strips on my soup but didn't want it to get soggy on my drive home. So I asked the lady if I can have a small amount on the side in a cup. She said sure. She then rang me up and charged me a side of Chips. I asked her why, she said it's because "its extra to have it on the side"

I was so stoked to come here because it had been almost a decade since I've had Qdoba. It was my go to spot in college & I've definitely missed it. So when the chance to go to one arose, I took full advantage. Walked in & there was no one there & it also seemed a bit dark. But I was still excited & ordered my usual grilled chicken burrito, added cheese, rice, guacamole, salsa Roja mild, & sour cream. Got back home to unwrap it & quickly noticed that in the past mine were thicker. Took a bite, kinda dry. The rice & chicken was a bit dry as if it was sitting in the warmers since yesterday. To what I remember years ago everything was wet in there, due to the sourcream & it was cheesey. It's almost like there wasn't enough toppings on there . Towards the second half of the burrito it was much better as that's where all the toppings like the guacamole were hiding. But still something just wasn't the same, even the tortilla. I remember it being thinner & warmer. A bit disappointing, but I'm not ready to give up on them just yet.

I'm so sad to say the food wasn't fresh looking and the employee did not have her mask on correctly which turnt me off right away.

Both meals were delicious and the service was great. Catalina was our server she was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. Our favorite Mexican restaurant for many years was Frank and Fina's. After they closed down it was hard to find another Mexican restaurant that could come close. We were very impressed by the presentation and the flavor of the food.

First impressions: great location in a shopping center with plenty of other restaurants and stores nearby. Parking was easy, and there's even a Tesla charging station right next to it, which was a nice bonus. We waited about 15 minutes, which honestly wasn't bad at all considering the size of our party. When I walked in, I immediately loved the decor and atmosphere. It's definitely a fun and stylish spot for brunch in Las Vegas. My only concern was that they really couldn't accommodate our large group all together, so we had to split up. The area where most of us were seated was pretty tight, and with staff walking by, it felt uncomfortable at times. As for the food prices, you can definitely find Mexican food cheaper elsewhere, but here you're absolutely paying for the presentation--and I'm all about it! They take a simple Mexican dish and turn it into something that looks over the top. I ordered the birria tacos, and they came with their own little taco stand. Really?! Who does that? I absolutely loved it. The presentation was so fun and definitely made the meal feel like an experience. The service was great. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and on top of everything throughout our visit. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking out Mucho Loco. It's a fun spot, the food is Instagram-worthy, and the atmosphere is great. I'd definitely come back again!

Today, all I managed to photograph was the menu because, once again, the food disappeared too quickly. Chile Verde is truly a hidden gem. The owner is a one-man operation - he takes your order, prepares every meal himself, and does it all with incredible care and pride. The food is consistently excellent. The ingredients are fresh, the oil is always clean, and everything is cooked to perfection without ever feeling greasy. My go-to orders are the Beef Rolled Tacos with Guacamole and the Vegetable Burrito, and they never disappoint. One thing that has always impressed me is how immaculate the kitchen is. His stainless steel equipment is always spotless and shining, and it's obvious he maintains the highest standards of cleanliness. There isn't a dining area, so it's takeout only, but don't let that stop you. The quality of the food more than makes up for it. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food made with fresh ingredients by someone who truly cares about his craft, Chile Verde is absolutely worth a visit. Please do note the hours of operation. He is open from 7AM - 5PM and closed Sundays as of today.

I was seeing different answers on their opening hours, but it opened at 7am on the Friday I went. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito ($9.25) with pico de gallo ($1.25). It was surprisingly a big burrito and even had fries in it. The flavors were good; I paid extra for pico but I wish there was more because it was more heavy without it. It came with mild and spicy salsas. The owner is a one-man band who took my order and made the food. There was no seating so you'll have to take your food elsewhere to eat. Note that they have a 50 cent credit or debit fee.

Wagyu hot stone was really tender although flavor was a little lacking. I enjoyed the shishito peppers but I'd be careful with this one as most people in my party found them to be really spicy. First of all, it's absolutely beautiful in here. They have a smaller patio that opens up but it was too hot to open up to it haha. But it's absolutely stunning in here with a lot of booth seating which I always like. Our server was amazing and took the best care of us! For Wednesdays on Ladies Night, they give you a toast of champagne which is so nice. They also had 50% off some cocktails as well. To start, they give you chips and salsa and both are really tasty. To drink, I ordered the Sandia Diva and the Nuts About You. The Sandia Diva was sooo good and refreshing. I loved the presentation of it. Also, their menu gives photos of their cocktails which I also love cuz sometimes its hard to figure out what they look like. The Nuts About You was basically an espresso martini with pistachios and was soooo good and creamy! Our server recommended it so we both had it and really loved it! We decided to split a lot of items, which is always my favorite way to eat with friends. We ordered the yellowtail ceviche, empanadas, taquitos, and a variety of tacos. The avocado taco was pretty good, though I thought it was going to be a fried avocado for some reason haha. Still tasty! They do give two tortillas which at first I was like eh, but then I realized they fall apart so makes sense haha. The empanadas were delicious and so were the taquitos! But the star was definitely the yellowtail ceviche which is what our server told us to order. I definitely would come back here again! It's so cute at the UnCommons and such a great elevated restaurant!
