This place is located inside a Walmart Supercenter. It works out nicely if you already happen to be shopping at the Walmart. It's counter service here and the restaurant is located behind the check stands, so it works out great if you stop there after you finish your shopping. There are tables to dine there, and I assume the menu is essentially similar to what you will find at other Charley's Cheesesteak locations. I ordered the small Chicken Philly which goes for $6.79. I asked for barbeque sauce on the side instead of having them spread mayonnaise inside the sandwich, and they were happy to oblige. I thought it was a well prepared, tasty and satisfying sandwich. read more

Warning! Horrible spot. It's a new location, maybe they're not ready yet. The lady taking my order was just shouting and I had to repeat everything twice. I had to wait out front which is okay but my order was completely wrong and I was the only one at drive thru. I got these hard crispy boneless nuggets when I ordered bone in. I got strawberry lemonade when I ordered watermelon lemonade. There was no blue cheese sauce in the bag. The fries were ok. Never again... Maybe their sandwiches are edible, I'm not chancing it. read more

I actually really like them(#02640) until my last 2 visits they were horrible the store was dirty they didn't have any ice or soda....the fries were dark when I question why he said they need to change the grease...they gave me the wrong order,the lady came running from behind the counters saying i gave you the wrong order. When I asked for a bottle of water saying how you don't have soda he wanted to charge me $2 WHAT!! DONT HIRE LAZY PEOPLE. For some odd reason they have a phone but now all of a sudden they dont take phone orders, which i have placed plenty of times. It sounds like the guy i spoke to that told me they only had 6 flats when i tried to order all flats on a 12 piece order. All he had to do was go to the back and grab more wings as the manager told him to do when i said something about it. Please dont hire lazy people. It ruins peoples want to come and order. Just do your job! Food is good but if you give me a hassle just to order something basic it pisses me off. read more

The food quality was fresh and amazing, vegetables didn't have any wilt or off putting tastes. you would think a menu board would include all ingredients on a sandwich? I politely asked for no onions as that's one ingredient that it comes with that I don't like the rest is chicken or beef the rest is mushrooms, peppers & provolone. I recieved sandwich- it had mayo on it!!! it came from nowhere- it's not on the menu board and they just slapped it on the sandwich. I know plenty of people like mayo - I'm not one of them. Then they acted put out because I didn't want it with the mayo on that I didn't order! I ordered the 4-piece wings and the first time they arrived clearly undercooked, we bit into one and it was very pink in the middle. We sent it back politely, no fuss, thinking it was just a mistake. The second time we cut every piece in half before eating and once again the chicken was pink in the center. The staff told us there was no manager on duty and basically made another order, with nothing more than another apology. I had to ask myself for a refund, they wouldn't have offered it otherwise. I was further told the fryer timer was "broken," as if raw chicken is acceptable because of equipment issues. This is a serious food-safety concern and extremely poor service. read more

I was here a year ago and my experience was terrible. I was definitely NOT coming back but I was in the WalMart store waiting for my car and decided to try again. I was definitely "gun shy" but as soon as I walked up, I was greeted by the sweetest person, she was a gem. Her name is Jamilla and she was sweet as pie! I ordered a chicken Philly with bacon combo meal with peach lemonade. The sandwich was delicious and freshly made. The fries were piping hot so you knew they were fresh. The sweet young lady let me sample the peach lemonade first and it was so delicious! Not sure if it was an ownership change or a change in preparation of the food but it was a great experience this time and I'm glad I tried again. I'm always honest with my reviews and in all the years I've been on Yelp, this was the first time I deleted my original review because I had a better experience. read more

This place is a little hidden gem inside the Walmart Supercenter. Typically we have Subways but this place had Charleys which is a bit unique and different. Upon coming here, the menu is not big but still plenty of choices to choose from. They have plenty of seating too considering they're inside a Walmart. I got the Philly large cheese, cheese fries, and 10 piece wings (5 garlic parm and 5 Buffalo). The wings were actually fire. The garlic parm was decent but the Buffalo was really good. The flavor and kick was definitely present and it had a nice coat of crisp to it too. The cheesesteak was not too bad either. I was expecting it to have actual cheese wiz but it didn't but I did order with the expectation that this place wasn't going to be a 5 star dining experience so I was not one bit disappointed. The cheese fries could have used more cheese sauce but again, I wasn't expecting anything crazy. One thing I really do like is that the drinks were outside so you can get multiple refills if needed which I think is great! read more

I lived in Philly for 6 years. This is the first time I tried this place and I give the old school cheesesteak a meh. It was not even close to a real Philly. Tasted more like a French dip then a cheesesteak. The service was good, a friendly staff but in my in opinion, I would not go back to this place. I was hungry, I stopped in Walmart and there they were inside so I decided to try them. I'm glad I tried them but there are too many other places that do a much better job. The beef was just ok tasting, the bread was definitely not the same but was ok. I say give it a shot and leave your own review, I won't be going back. read more

Listen, I grew up in Philadelphia. I've had many cheesesteaks. I ordered a traditional cheesesteak and they included lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. Those items were not listed on the menu description. Once the food came out. I let them know that this is not a traditional cheesesteak. They did remake the cheesesteak, although it was not the best. read more

I never give five star reviews (same as i never give one star reviews) they must be earned. Many years ago I learned about the Philly Cheesesteak at a little joint called Gino's in Philadelphia. Sliced meat - tender, tasty and juicy, Crunchy Bread, Provolone Cheese and grilled Onions, that is a Philly Cheesesteak. (sorry...not a chopped meat or whiz kinda guy.) Found my sandwich at Charleys. Everything I wanted, and more. Fries - great, wings - great, strawberry lemonade - great. If you like your cheesesteak "California" style - peppers, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. they will make that for you as well, but for me it's simply Cheese Wit! They have Coke fountain drinks and i am a Pepsi drinker, but I was able to get Coke Zero so all good. Wings are a little mild but tender and tasty, also recommended. But go for the Cheesesteak, you don't go to Anthony's Steakhouse for chicken salad... Okay, I was a little uncertain about eating at a restaurant in Walmart. Much to my surprise they came through. Good service, Great Sandwich, clean & comfortable dining area. Not just a space filler for Walmart but a good place to sit and eat or grab and go. (i am sure you can do grub-hub, Uber Eats, dine n' dash...wait not that one...and all the rest.) They say you can get any cuisine in Las Vegas...Now I have found my Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. We went to Walmart to pick up some thing upon leaving we were a bit hungry so we decided to stop at Charley's located in side Walmart Surprisingly the food was pretty decent the best one we definitely had was the bacon chipotle chicken which was tasty and a delight to eat. However the chicken Philly was not seasoned well at all and tasted very bland. The fries also have very little seasoning on them. Both sandwiches were very tender and well cooked. I would definitely eat there again if I am at Walmart and hungry. But I would not go out of the way to eat there. I can think of a lot more places that have better cheesesteaks. The price was right we're it should be to maybe top range for middle of the road food. read more

They share the same kitchen and have the same menus. The only difference is Chicago Brewing Company has a bar and is full bar. If you don't need full bar or don't need to watch sports on TVs, Magnolia's Veranda is the better choice. Read on. The non-smoking section of Chicago Brewing Company is pretty small with just a handful of tables. If you sit in the bar area, which has a lot more seating, you might be subjected to cigar and cigarette smoke. I don't smoke, but I don't mind cigarette smoke in Vegas, but cigar smoke when people are eating is a dyck move if you ask me. Take it outside. Magnolia's Veranda is cavernous. I've never had to wait for a table no matter the time of day, and the service is always great. I will say in my experience the service at Chicago Brewing Company was great, too, based on my one visit, but I wonder how it might be during busy times. This place has lost my business…read more.. A friend and I went tonight a Friday Night and arrived at 2230. We walked in and the NON-Smoking was closed??? I asked the short server with glasses who approached me why this section was closed??? He said it normally closes at 11pm but if it's slow they close it early. I asked if this was the only non smoking section? He said yes and that there were tables in the bar which is smoking??? I explained that I'm a Disabled Veteran with Asthma and Lung problems and my friend also has asthma and we cannot sit in a smoking section. He shrugged his shoulders and offered no option. A place that is open 24/7 should accommodate ADA and other disabilities. Apparently they don't care so I will never go back.

That said, the Evel Knievel theme and decor are awesome, feels like part pizza shop, part mini museum. They also sell merch and the shirts were actually really cool. Overall, solid spot with great pizza and a fun vibe. I'd definitely come back, just plan for a wait and limited seating.

The right ration of toppings, and toppings to chips. The steak was a good quality for nachos, and not chewy. They also have a great drink selection, good variety, and tasty drinks. Nacho Daddy lives up to its name.

I personally wouldn't go by myself at night... so I hope they can get a shop in Chinatown or Cheongdam food hall one day crossing my fingers!!!!!

I don't think that's an indictment on 8 east itself, but more of a general Chinese/Taiwanese cooking method. But other than that, I would certainly come back again.
