I had been…read moregoing to Dr Taylor for a couple of years without any issues with my insurance till about 7 months ago when I was told my insurance (UHC MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN ), was no longer covering and I had to pay up for visits.. The office staff said I had to have a diagnosis, I explained that I'm not the one who gives the diagnosis the doctor is, she insisted I had too. I called my. Insurance company and was told the office staff there has been giving wrong info to patients having my Insurance and that they just needed the doctor to give a diagnosis. I told the office staff what I was told by the insurance company but they refused to listen and just raised their voice that I was wrong. This is very frustrating and I hope Dr Taylor gets to read this about his staff.

My children (adults) were so worried because all I did was sleep and take meds. My son took upon himself to seek other medical professionals to care for his mom (this would be me). He saw an ad on Facebook which was running a special for a first visit treatment, he booked it, Thursday, 6/28/2018. Got moody self ready on this day, hoping dearly this Dr. Could help me. I was so tired of feeling this horrible pain which had me truly depressed. I finally fell asleep. Opened my eyes the next day afraid of moving around and feeling this pain all over. I took a step at a time and lived slowly. Not feeling the pain I moved at a normal speed. I sat up and felt good, moved around a bit more and to my enlightment the pain from the night before and day before had subsided quite a bit. Many patients had established relationships with their doctors for years, only to find themselves scrambling to locate new providers and navigate insurance confusion during an already stressful transition. What makes this even more frustrating is that public statements during the sale process suggested patients would continue to have access to their insurance coverage under the new ownership structure. Yet many patients later experienced uncertainty or loss of access depending on their plan participation and contract negotiations. The bankruptcy itself was tied to massive Medicare billing discrepancies reportedly totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.
