She blamed the age of the house and we were told to just not use the back lock anymore (she didn't realize she also broke the front door at the time). Everything worked fine until she re-keyed them, and she didn't seem concerned at all when she left and the locks still weren't working properly. Will have to hire another locksmith to come and fix. Would not recommend or use again.

A1 Locksmith came to unlock the deadbolt on a condo. They gave me a 2-4 hour window. They called WHEN they arrived so I started to drive over. When I arrived 15 minutes later, they were gone. I called back and she told me they moved onto the next job. It was very nice to learn they cover a particular area, and my needs were outside their coverage area, yet they were willing to share and answer all my questions even after they learned I was outside their covered area.
