I went into the service department today to have then fix the door on my 187,000.00 Jayco Seneca…read moreMotorhome that sits on a Chevy 5500 frame and cab. I was told by their service guy to go check with parts to see if they could get parts for it. I was dumb founded by this response. I stated " that's not my job". He proceeded to turn his back to me and tell me" he had work to do!": So I told him, I would get it repaired some where else. Really is this how you treat potential customers???? . I will NEVER return there or give them 1 cent of my money. I spent my entire adult life working for the Dept of Defense all over the world, 34 yrs to be exact. My feelings are this kind of treatment is what is wrong with our country. I have email my complaint to General Motors. I have received a response from GM apologizing and asking how I would like to resolve this issue. I have not decided that yet. update 2/23/17 I read the response to call Mr. Murray Lewis, which after leaving messages on his voice mail and calling twice more finally spoke to him. He stated to me the response was automatically generated and he had no knowledge of the review or incident and was off to a meeting and would get back to me it has been a week now, and no response. I will be emailing GM corp to find a dealership who actually wants to work on my vehicle. apparently from what I can see that Yelp posts the happy reviews first, interesting. Bud Mills

Editing to add: My husband and I were talking about this over the weekend and he informed me that…read morewhen he asked Rich to see the bulletin about the drivers seat memory settings, lumbar issues, loud popping noise and mirrors sticking (basically all of my issues), Rich said it wasn't posted yet, but there is one and he was not able to show us. He also told me that the issues I'm having could be automatically updated overnight and that when I get into my vehicle everything could be fixed or I'd have to bring it in for an update. I'm not sure what he meant by that has it has nothing to do with an update, I believe it could be a wiring issue as far as the lumbar issue goes. Not something that an update from a computer can fix. I do not believe there is a bulletin on my issues and I believe he said that to stop me from asking further questions (completely lied about it) about these issues that they will not fix and then when I told him that they did not fix the warped piece below the compartment and above the navigation screen and told me to take my business elsewhere is also an indicator. They haven't fixed anything on my vehicle with the number of issues I presented to them. I have even told them my drivers seat should be replaced entirely due to the number of issues, that they are well aware of and notice as well, and they are just refusing service at this point and I don't believe had any intention on fixing any of my issues to begin with. Current Update: I have not heard from Dow Lewis. I have filed a complaint with GM who has been trying to get in contact with them, but they are not responding back. Several calls have been made from GM to Dow Lewis and they have yet to receive a response. GM has escalated my issue and they have been updating me a few times a week. I have provided GM with both days worth of service notes/repair paperwork I have from Dow Lewis.

This review is strictly for a test drive I took today. Had messaged the dealer after reaching out…read morethat I was interested for a test drive through the Autotrader app. They had reached out and we set up an appointment for 12:45 on Sunday. When I arrived the car that I was there to test drive was sitting on the lot albeit a bit dirty. No worries, asked for RJ as I was instructed to do. He told me to have a seat and he brought me a water. I seen him go to the 2025 Dodge Durango and have to give it a jump start. I also had to wait while the car went thru the wash. This should have all been done before I got there in my opinion. Seems like they were a bit unprepared despite me having an appointment for the car. We drove to the gas station as the car was on E (can't make this stuff up). RJ was a good salesman. He hyped up the car pretty well. Explained and showed all the cool features of the car as well as telling me to push it and test its capabilities. All in all this dealer has some beautiful cars on their large lot. I was a bit disappointed because at the end of the my visit Ivan informed me that they don't give written "Out the Door" prices on paper. This would, in my opinion, benefit the buyer to take this to other dealers and compare prices. But Ivan did inform me that I could bring any other dealers' price and they'd beat it by $500! Which is great to keep in mind.

So, my experience happened over 1.5 years ago but I was just reminded about it after a text I…read morereceived this morning so here is the post I forgot to share. I'm a person that doesn't look like I have money but I'm very financially savvy, great income and 830 credit score. I'll start by saying I have owned and loved many Toyota vehicles and I currently own a 2001 Tacoma. I showed up to this dealer with a specific request. A brand new Tacoma SR5 manual transmission, crew cab, 4wd, white exterior with anything but beige interior. Toyota sales rep stated they did not have one in stock so, I asked them to search the US for one or I'll order it and wait. They stated I could not order a truck, they stated Toyota does not do specific orders for vehicles and none were available in the US. I did a small amount of research and found many in California and bordering states. That spoke volumes to me. It showed that the sales reps didn't care about my business and it showed that they are 100% going to lie to the buyers for whatever reason they see fit. I feel they treated me like I should be thankful that they will allow me to buy a Toyota product and there will be no negotiations. Fast forward to today. I received a text stating they have my truck. A white, 2wd, extended cab and not sure about the interior color. Hmm, it's been over 1.5 years, the wrong drivetrain and wrong cab configuration. I responded with that info and they called back. I spoke to Evan, an asset to the dealership with the way we were able to communicate. He took responsibility even though he had zero to do with the original experience, he apologized and stated he would do whatever necessary to right the wrong. Evan you are an asset to Toyota and I really hope your superiors recognize that. I was not only treated with respect and dignity at Nissan but I found the truck I wanted at the price I was willing to pay and was out the door in 30 minutes in my new Nissan Frontier. I didn't get my manual transmission but the new 9 speed is a proven transmission with a naturally aspirated V6. I am happy with my purchase of a Nissan, it's my first aside from some 240z's and 260z's. With all the manufacturing issues and production failures that Toyota is having they are no longer a company I'll spend my hard earned money on. Between the Tundra engine failures and recalls, Tacoma 10 spd. transmission issues they aren't the reliable truck company they once were. You lost a life long customer due to your sales team and your shoddy engineering. Kiichiro Toyota is rolling over in his grave.

The product specialist Jose "Zay" Torres,…read morecontacted me right away, was respectful of my time and gave me additional information based on my contact preference - email and text, since I am familiar with these cars. I did not want my time (or theirs) wasted so I wanted to first get a firm price for the car before going in-person to view and test drive the actual car. I spoke with their sales manager Serge Klimkov and he was fantastic! He managed to help me get the car to the price I was happy with. It was straightforward and there were no surprises. With the price locked, I went in to see the car, do the test drive and bought it with the price we locked in over the phone. It was hassle-free and they provided great customer service. A day after I drove home with my new car, both Zay and Serge followed up with a phone call to see how I liked my new car and offered support in case I had any follow up needs with the vehicle. I will definitely return to this dealership and work with Zay and Serge again when it's time to upgrade my other Nissans!

On the phone before even coming in I was very specific with them to set up direct deposits and not to take a lot of time negotiating as she gets tired easily, it took hours! Also , when she was signing papers , I had to go to work so I couldn't stay with her to finish, they added a reoccurring oil change charge to her account, which she did not want and once again, we were very specific on the phone about her credit how much she could pay a month and they agreed to everything over the phone but once we got there , it was a different story. I have called at least twice to get them to take the.Reoccurring oil change charge-off her account, they keep saying they'll, we'll do it but it is not removed, nor is she set up for direct deposit yet. 3 months of payments ready.

I Honest and Thoughtful!…read more I brought my Mazda CX9 in because the battery was constantly dying and I figured I needed to replace it with a new one. The quote was $240 which made me cringe, however, when I arrived after having to call roadside assistance to once again jump start my car, I was greeted with professionalism and curtesy. I was given a ride home by the offered shuttle service. I got a call after leaving the car there over the weekend and was told they had thoroughly diagnosed my battery and found nothing wrong with it. Not only did they check my battery, they gave me complimentary tire pressure service and a thorough cleaning on my car. I was absolutely thrilled to find that the people at Wheeler Chevrolet/Mazda were actually honest! They easily could have told me that they had replaced my battery and I would not have known any different. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! BTW, it was most likely "operator error" because I'm not used to all the bells and whistles on the new Mazda, I probably left something on that keeps draining the battery. My bad.

Unmatched. It's like a dissapearing act. They might, just might, be magicians. All of this and they have a special edition Chevy that does not have blinkers, which when you couple that with changing three lanes at once to the left, then jumping to the right to pass in a merging lane, is really impressive. They had everyone thinking, "what's next"? Thank you for slapping your company name on one of the most dangerous drivers I've seen in awhile. It gave me a name to put on the end of, "F*cking H*ll Wheeler!" Also, my kid pointed out "thank god they have a body shop. They'll need it."

We were in contact with the dealership the WHOLE time, explaining that we were fixing it, and made arrangements to postpone some payments while we did that. HOWEVER, once we were just about 75 days past due, I found out that a repo company was looking for the vehicle. More phone calls, reminding them that we were working to fix the vehicle to keep it (some parts are no longer available and must be located at pick&pull places...), and they're pissed that the GPS isn't working! HELLO! The vehicle is disabled with no battery installed! THEY SUCK! Worst experience I've EVER had! Original review: Our buying experience started out pretty well, no haggling on the price, decent in-house financing terms for our credit challenges, and they fixed the few small things we found wrong with the vehicle during our ridiculously short test drive. When we took it for a test drive, the gas tank was on fumes, so we didn't get to drive it for very long - which means that more issues came out when we picked the car up and drove it for a few hours the following day. They refused to even look at any of those, saying it was an as-is sale. We're still waiting for our DMV paperwork, too. DMV is stating that the dealership never completed the transfer, dealership says DMV is lagging. I guess we'll see. I'll update my review after that's resolved and after we've dealt with them for a few payments.
