The pizza came out in large slices that could feed two kids each, but there were not enough slices for the number of children at the table. I spoke with Sarb, and he was very helpful. He told me they still had availability for our event, which was a relief. What impressed me the most was that they offered us time to set up before the event started. When we arrived, the place was clean and ready, making it easy to get everything organized. Since we were working with kids, we didn't use the throwing axe area, but we did enjoy some exciting laser tag. you could bring your own water and cake or cupcakes, but you needed to buy your food from them. They used Mountain Mike's pizza for food orders, which was located off Robinhood. There was a bit of confusion among the workers because some understood the rules differently than others. However, I decided to stay patient and ask questions until I got clear answers. After discussing it, everything worked out well for me. My food arrived exactly on time, just like I had requested. The laser tag room was amazing! It had two stories and was really well put together. Honestly, I can't explain how fun it was--you just have to see it for yourself! The kids had a blast playing there, and believe me, it's definitely a workout! They got to play four different games, so there was always something new to try. When you first arrive, you need to sign some waivers and set up your account. They take a picture of you, which goes up on a big screen at the end of your game, showing your score. We were the only patrons during the last hour of day. Heads up- once the claw retracts and moves back towards the prize drop zone, it shakes A LOT and we end up losing the plush animal any way. Occasionally we managed to get 2 or 3 wins. As I mentioned earlier, you're guaranteed two plushies when you purchase a minimum game card amount, so that made the losses more manageable. Overall, it was a fun experience and I'd take my kiddos there again. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and reassured us about the two guaranteed plushies to put us at ease so we can try to enjoy our time.
