Texas businesses and commerce code title 12 section 604A.002 states: IMPOSITION OF SURCHARGE FOR USE OF DEBIT OR STORED VALUE CARD. (a) In a sale of goods or services, a merchant may not impose a surcharge on a buyer who uses a debit or stored value card instead of cash, a check, credit card, or a similar means of payment. There is no telling how much they are stealing from the customers. I know my surcharge wasn't much, but multiply it by hundreds of customers weekly and it's more by the amount you spend. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General on this matter. Nothing pisses me off more than a merchant scamming their customers to pay for a system they use to operate. Second they don't have this surcharge posted where I was able to see it. Had I seen it I would have questioned it immediately and taken my business elsewhere!

He absolutely refused to redo the pants again....He is cheap on his price for cleaning but, always remember you get what you pay for....I will never frequent this cleaners again....The positive reviews he get is only because he has not burnt you yet...Just wait til he does not rectify the problem you are having and trust me you will not frequent this cleaners again....In all fair conscious I will not rate their service in a positive fashion so if a star appears that is because it was automatically generated....Good Customer Service goes a long way with the customer....Especially for a customer who had been dealing with you for many years.....
