I recently dropped off a dress shirt and pants for a wedding. I just noticed on my receipt that…read morethey charged me a surcharge for using my debit card. First off, this is illegal. Texas businesses and commerce code title 12 section 604A.002 states: IMPOSITION OF SURCHARGE FOR USE OF DEBIT OR STORED VALUE CARD. (a) In a sale of goods or services, a merchant may not impose a surcharge on a buyer who uses a debit or stored value card instead of cash, a check, credit card, or a similar means of payment. There is no telling how much they are stealing from the customers. I know my surcharge wasn't much, but multiply it by hundreds of customers weekly and it's more by the amount you spend. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General on this matter. Nothing pisses me off more than a merchant scamming their customers to pay for a system they use to operate. Second they don't have this surcharge posted where I was able to see it. Had I seen it I would have questioned it immediately and taken my business elsewhere!

We definitely like coming out here for various reasons and if we need laundry and cleaning this is definitely the place for use. It's definitely affordable as well more so than some of the places in Houston.
