Located just off highway 69 you'll find Estelle's in a none assuming stand alone building. Inside you'll find service that is customary in these parts: nice and friendly. I dropped off my laundry on Friday and was able to pick it up Wednesday. I am not sure if they offer same day pick-up, but from the machines in back, I bet they could accommodate that request. One of my shirts has a hard removable button on it. While they could have left it on and had it possibly rip a hole in my shirt, they kindly put it in a separate bag. This is just an example of the great service they offer. I would say it is hard for a dry cleaner to really impress you, unless they gave you a free shirt or something, so Estelle's gets 3 stars. Next time I have any more wrinkle issues, I think I will do a little more shopping around town.

She called to confirm two days and one day before our appt on Friday to make sure the person who does alterations will be there due to me traveling in from Houston. As soon as we walked into the establishment, the alterations person became irate asking multiple questions without giving me a chance to answer any of them. "When is the wedding? What you need? What you want?" I couldn't get a word out. She took my dress and brought it to the dressing room, unzipped the bag and said that she can't do it because she doesn't have room. It's a wedding dress alterations place, but she doesn't have room for a wedding dress? If she wasn't able to accommodate a wedding dress, it should have been mentioned 2 weeks prior when my mother initially contacted. Mind you, this isn't a ball gown we brought in. Bride's beware!

Absolutely loved the convenience of this service! They came directly to my house for the fitting,…read moretook the clothes with them, and brought everything back completed -- no changing in a tailor shop or making extra trips. They were super quick, professional, and the pricing was more than fair considering they come to you. I had a few pairs of slacks hemmed and a skirt taken in, and everything turned out great. I'm planning to try a few different style fits and some jeans next, so I'll definitely update my review after that. Highly recommend if you value convenience and quality!

I called OnCall Tailors and within 12 hours they had came, taken the measurements and delivered it back to me. I couldn't believe how amazing these guys are and quick.
