Hurricane Milton did a number on my fence one week after it was installed. I cannot blame Python Fence 100 percent for the damages because we did have a hurricane, but because it was poorly done the damages were unbelievable. Very little cement was pored in the holes to hold the post in place, resulting in some of the post shifting and some laying flat on the ground. read more

I needed a 6 foot tall black chain link fence installed in my back yard so my Rottweiler could have a place to run and play. So I checked online and called several fence companies and got several estimates. The owner of Python Fence, Jeff, and his son, were the ones who gave me the best price and the quickest install date. So I hired them to install about 300 ft of fencing with 5 gates. Jeff was fair on his price, and uses good quality materials, as he stands behind the work he provides. It took the 2 men about 3 days to complete the fencing job for me, and all seemed to go very well. The fence looks great, the gates work properly, and I think my dog will now have a lot space to run and play and not get out into the neighborhood. They do prefer cash, but accept credit card payments. They will get 50-75% down payment upfront, and the rest due upon completion. My fence, being made to keep a dog inside, was lined up with the ground, which is slightly uneven, so the top side of the fence runs with the ground and is also slightly uneven by maybe an inch or so. But this was explained to me ahead of time, and expected. As I wanted the fence touching the ground so my dog could not dig or crawl underneath it and escape the yard. The quality and craftsmanship of the fence is excellent, and I feel my yard is very secure now. The black blends in with the trees and looks very nice. They did an excellent job at a fair price, and in a timely manner. I do recommend Python Fence and would use them again if needed. read more

Had a fence installed about 3 years ago by Python. Great price and quality. I probably would have given a 5 at the time. However they won't do repairs, even on their own fence installs. I can understand not wanting to get in the business of doing repairs on other people's installs but when it's your own work you should stand behind it. I recently got a white vinyl fence done by Python Fence and I am really happy with the way it turned out! The price was very competitive, and the fence turned out to be beautiful. They responded to my call promptly and told me they would call back to schedule an appointment for an estimate and then did that and actually showed up for that appointment. Now you may not think this is not a big deal, but it is. We called many fence companies and either they did not return calls or did not show up to give an estimate. Two companies gave estimates, but multiple phone calls and e-mails with questions received no response. Python operated as a professional business and the quality of our board on board fence, which was built board by board on our property, is beyond what I had expected. Additionally, the price was $1000 under one of the estimates we did get. The fence took two days and everything was cleaned up as soon as the job was done. You will not do better than Python Fence. I hired this company to install a vinyl fence in my backyard and I just want to say that I was not happy with the work. This people put the fence right over the water sprinklers. Did not care to tell me they were doing that so that I can move them forward. The next month we had a water bill of $250. Took us one week to figure out why and what they had done. We called the owner back and he said it's an easy fix, just hire someone to move them or move them yourself. You will think - they are the professionals and would not make a mistake like this or at least fix what they did. But they did not....So I end up hiring someone to move the sprinklers from under the fence. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not only that but the job two days to complete , when they told me it would only take one day......and after they were done there was so much sand all over the place that it killed my grass and we spend months getting the sand to disappear. read more

Sorely disappointed. Python fence came in as lowest bidder of 4 bids I received and there was a reason. I was really hoping for the best and always like to give smaller business (as my wife and I are small business owner) the opportunity to shine with their product. I wanted to post the sequence of events that lead me to my conclusion but there is a limit on the size of the post. I would be very glad to share all my information with anyone who is considering this business because I do not want someone else to go through what I did. I am sure the owner will rebut all this but as a consumer, you should be armed with all the information available and make an sound decision on who you contract. I highly NOT recommend using this business but it will be your decision. You get what you pay for with this company.
