The fence was destroyed in the hurricane when the posts snapped because they were empty (no beams)! I got a call from Gage, an arrogant and condescending person, who explained that it's my fault that the new sales guy, working on a new system, and the back office staff who confirmed the details and told me that the beams were included were all wrong because I did not bother to add up the individual lines to ensure that they were a part of the total. All I asked for was to honor the original quote or give me a discount on repairs. He laughed at me and said it was my problem. I asked to speak to the owner and he laughed at me again and told me "He's going to tell you the same thing." I absolutely do not recommend this service. They take no responsibility for any part of anything that goes wrong. I was spoken to like it's my fault (I wasn't here during the installation).

The job was completed but needed to be lowered slightly to match the height of others in the Association. Despite a delay caused by the hurricane, Jerry, the owner, saw to it that the adjustment was made to our specifications. Given the relative insignificance of this re-visit in comparison to the volume of fence work a hurricane can produce, H&Y kept their commitment and for that the homeowner and I were thoroughly impressed. At the 7 week mark, I was curious because no one had called me with an update on my order. They said they would call in a couple of weeks once they had my install ready to schedule. Jason did call and schedule for the following week at 9am. There were some set-backs on install day, for I had been scheduled to be 9am and by 10am, no one had shown up or called. Having taken the morning off, I was upset when I ended up having to take the full day off and they didn't even arrive until after 2pm. The crew was very efficient, with Sergio heading the team. They worked for a couple of hours. Glad I was there, to review fence before they finalized or they would have installed the fence sloped to accommodate the yard. Fence should be even, dirt can be added to even the slope of the yard on the side of the house. The posts were corrected and fence install continued. Second day they came back and finished the job. Fence looks great and truly adds value to the house. I think the installation crew is top notch. The office staff really needs to improve on their communication skills with their customers. It's like they don't care about the customer but boy did they call right away to get paid. No one ever apologized for making me wait all day when I had been scheduled for a 9am install.

But best of all the guys working are MASTERFUL. Beyond being clean, pleasant, prompt and super fast, the fence is absolutely perfectly straight, level, just perfect. They dig very deep, use concrete, and waterproof the bottoms of the posts. AND they use deck boards, not fence pickets so that's about 1/4" thicker boards for longevity and strength. They use a 6" x 6" post for the gate ... which swings and closes PERFECTLY. I can't say enough about how great and professional these guys were. Excellent workmanship and very affordable... we got 3 bids and they were slightly higher than the lowest... perfect. Hire these guys.

With my last fence installation (less than 2 years ago) I thought perhaps the double gate system was less than stellar, but I did not complain. This, however, is about Casique, not them. Not only did Jose and Kanisha both come quickly to assess (in person) the issue, but they also offered an extremely fair price and, most importantly, service within days! Not weeks, not months, days. I realize writing this that it will not always be the case, as I hope they get more work than they ever expected, but their concern, and empathy are astounding. In this day and age, customer service is imperative for every single business, and that is where they equally excel! I say equally, because the finished product is an order of magnitude better than the previous, came with a custom-created metal frame for rigidity, and the proper number of dropdowns. The construction is obviously superior.
