I recently had Freedom Fence do a vinyl fence repair after a recent hurricane damaged it. Once I…read moreapproved it, no one called to set up an appointment. After talking to Jackson an appointment date was later scheduled by text (no time was given and without contacting me first). when I called the company I was told they would be there early, 8:30 or 9:00 am. at 11 I called, got no answer so I left a message. they arrive shortly after. He said it was an easy fix should be done within an hour. 20 minutes later I went out to see how he was doing and he was gone! Although I was told they would review the project with me before they left but they didn't. The fence was straightened and firmed up but I'm not sure what actually was done. I guess I'll have to for the next hurricane. Better communication is expected no matter the size of the job.

Seeing my new gate makes me wish I had gone to Casique to begin with…read more Like many, we never know what we're getting, and like some, even when the job is done, we don't know if it's right or not. With my last fence installation (less than 2 years ago) I thought perhaps the double gate system was less than stellar, but I did not complain. This, however, is about Casique, not them. Not only did Jose and Kanisha both come quickly to assess (in person) the issue, but they also offered an extremely fair price and, most importantly, service within days! Not weeks, not months, days. I realize writing this that it will not always be the case, as I hope they get more work than they ever expected, but their concern, and empathy are astounding. In this day and age, customer service is imperative for every single business, and that is where they equally excel! I say equally, because the finished product is an order of magnitude better than the previous, came with a custom-created metal frame for rigidity, and the proper number of dropdowns. The construction is obviously superior. If you find yourself needing fences, gates, or anything that Jose and Kanisha do, you would be best served in giving them the business and letting them make you as thrilled as we are. Thanks Casique!

Actually have never owned in my three houses in PA, NY and now FL since 1992 a noisier and "sicker" sounding door. Found Veterans Garage Door on Nextdoor and clicked into their site and sent a contact form. Quickly got a text message and then I responded with the location and situation. The next day a VERY professional and pleasant. We negotiated a few available dates and actually had them nearby in the next two days!!! Made a 4 hour window appointment and I joked that I hope not like Xfinity or maybe Verizon. Was assured NOT going to happen! 15 minutes before the appointment window the men called and said they are enroute!! BAM! 12:15 PM pulled up to the driveway!!!! Had a grand chat about the house, the new door, etc etc. They troubleshot and tuned the "screaming" whining door......... charged me for a simple tune up!!!! Really professional and fantastic guys!! Of course the skill and workmanship were obvious. A few misaligned hinges/wheels and lots of binding panels etc etc. (no stickers from who installed it probably to protect the 'perpetrators') The door is about a 9 out of 10 improvement. There is a track anomaly that causes one panel some irritation but this is really NOTHING compared to what was here!!! Bravo Zulu, Veterans Garage Door!!!!!!!!

We hired another gate company to properly install the gate openers Precision installed incorrectly. We were not happy with the install from the date they claimed to be finished. When we discussed our displeasure with the install all we received were challenges from the owner and immature name calling. Don't waste your money or time
