From Kristen at the front receptionist desk to Holly at the car rental desk, and everyone in between it was an awesome experience with some great people service and thoughtfulness. I left my truck in the parking lot during our trip and the guy who helped me get it jumped within minutes I was more than willing to help when I didn't even expect it. I will be back Toyota! Thank you.

January 15th 2023 my car was stolen in Oklahoma City at a motel. I live in Greenville Texas and…read moreturned in all the information and got a settlement from my stolen car since they couldn't find it. I was in need of a used vehicle because being a 71 year old Vietnam veteran unlimited income I couldn't afford much. I checked online sites and I found a 2005 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Paris dealership in Paris Texas. I called about the vehicle and the salesman, Robert castle, told me it was a very reliable vehicle and it was a one owner. I had a friend of mine take me to Paris Texas to look at this vehicle. The salesman told me that they did a multipoint check on the vehicle in the garage and found nothing wrong with it except for the water pump and the timing belt which both were replaced at the dealership. He assured me that the car was in great shape and that he would not sell a car that he would not buy. Taking him at his word I test drove the vehicle and it drove really well. I told him I was on very limited income and the purchase price of the vehicle was 5,998 and I asked him if they might be able to knock off a little bit of the price because but my limits on money and they told me no so I went ahead and purchased the vehicle in good faith thinking that everything was in working order. On saturday, March 4th 2023 I drove to Oklahoma City again to visit my friends. I spent the night in a motel and the next day got up to return back to Texas. My friend told me that two of my tail lights was out. I could not replace the tail light in the back hatch door because the whole panel had to come off. Leaving Oklahoma City the engine light came on with a VCS light coming on and the track off light coming on the dash. The air conditioner started blowing out hot air. I have several health issues one being COPD really bad and so I had to drive from Oklahoma City to Greenville Texas with the windows down and it was very hard for me to breathe. I take an inhaler with me Everywhere I Go and had to use it several times. I sent a message to the dealership and they advised me that they had no idea that the air conditioner was going to go out. I took my vehicle to a reputable mechanic at Innovative Automotive in Plano Texas which does work on our work vehicles. They did a thorough inspection only to find out that the compressor was completely out, the condenser was out, but not only that the right rear shock was blown, and also there were many leaks that's for the power steering, the CV joints are bad, and the rear brakes need to be replaced bad. Only having this vehicle 2 weeks all these items should not have happened because according to the salesman everything was in good shape and there's no way in two weeks time all this stuff would have gone wrong so in other words the mechanics did not do their job except to replace those two major items and not check anything else. Out of my pocket I had to spend $3,084 to get the major things fixed in order to drive this vehicle and there are still other issues that I have to have fixed that I don't have the money for. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. In good faith I paid $6,664.00 for this vehicle thinking it was great. I am on limited income and took everything I had left in savings to get the $3,084.00 to fix the vehicle andstill not all fixed.

Had an appointment to look at the vehicle at 10:00 a.m. Just before we arrived, another customer was looking at the same vehicle. Since we had an appointment locked in, the dealership wouldn't let the vehicle go until we had a chance to look at it and do a test drive. Raheem was a pleasure to work with during our transaction, and Rickey did right by us when it came to the numbers. My only caution is: you might want to take a book or e-reader with you while waiting for all of the paperwork to be done. When we take the vehicle in for service, will leave a review for that department. We are very happy though, with the customer service we received buying the vehicle.

Staff at Mathews are unfazed by this, stating "sent check, don't know why lienholder hasn't processed" and that has been the extent of help they have been. Senior management for Mathews has been given written notice of this issue and fact my lienholder is hounding me continually for payment on a vehicle I traded to Mathews a month prior. And said vehicle has even sitting for sale on Honda lot since that time. No response at this time from Mathews management on this issue or how they plan to address it. So the 1 star is strictly there because it has to be there to post review- no stars at all for this dealership-beware of any sales transaction with them. I will update my rating if they do resolve this issue.

They had my car for 7 days, kept getting the run around, telling me they were tearing into the car to make sure it was a lifter failure. Instead they did some tests on my PCM and checking my k&n air filter, plus said i went 12k without a oil change because they lost a record, which i have every paper record, showing they did the oil changes and they were all done on time! Not once was the car lifter looked at, even though I signed the paper for the diagnosis to be done,After doing there so called tests, Michael McCarter calls me saying they can't get data off my PCM ,and I had a program installed on it, which the PCM has never once been touched beside Jay Hodge doing services on the car, once we got to the dealership the stories changed and Michael McCarter said I never said that you put a program on the PCM,but i have every conversation from these people as they are a known company for lying and not doing what they say, they then say my air filter is dirty and it could have caused a failed lifter, but I have records showing when the filter is cleaned and reoiled, but people who know these cars know this is a VERY COMMON problem in the hemi's. I then take my husband in and let him talk to them,so they can explain what they told me. well we went up talking to Montgomery Moore, because Michael McCarter is being rude at this point and all this Montgomery Moore does is smile amd smirk the whole time, never once able to give a straight answer! He did not like being questioned on the car, and how other people have warned us not to take the car there, and told us to leave the dealership, handed me my key back and said i dont need your business. The next day I go to have my car towed out of there, the windows were some what open and the whole inside of my car was soaked because it had been raining and my battery was completely dead on top of it, as I had the tow guy help my charge the batteryso I could get the car towed outbof there, which this is a brand new battery in the car. All they did was damage my car and not do anything! All this is on video including us speaking to this so called Montgomery and how he handles customers. Also Chris Taylor has unplugged my dash cam in the past when it was in there for service, seems alittle fishy as they are not suppose to touch personal belongings. I also have video from that. We were also informed by a previous customer that he had his car in there for the lifter issue on his hemi, they refused to do anything on his car, but they drained the oil and when this customer came to get his car, he started his car it ruined the engine because there was no oil in this engine, they also refused to fix his engine! I wouldn't ever trust this place with your car! they also said I had to many after market parts on my car, I don't think a K&N air filter, a harmonic balancer, because their OEM harmonic balancer failed at 61k we had to replace because they said they wouldn't cover when I called to ask, and a mid muffler delete would not be alot of after market parts. This place will do anything not to fix your car. Also my whole engine bay has oil dripped everywhere. Also have a friend who worked there for a day and he said he wouldn't work there any longer after he saw all the illegal things they do with people's cars in a single day!
