I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. Had to pick out chunks of glass myself, even after asking him to vacuum again. Someone could have sat on it. Not safe to use at all. He also refused to clean the glass on the ground afterwards.
