I am writing to express my disappointment regarding several discrepancies between your advertised services and the actual offerings during my recent visit. Firstly, your building sign indicates that bait is sold, but I found that it was not available. This was misleading and inconvenient. Secondly, I specifically chose to rent a fishing pontoon from your company because your website stated it would include a fish finder and Bluetooth capabilities. However, the boat I received had neither. We specifically came to your boat rental because of the fish finders, and we drove 1 hour and 40 minutes to get there. When I inquired about switching pontoons, I was informed that none of them had working fish finders. Had I been aware of these issues beforehand, I would have made different arrangements or at least brought my own Bluetooth speaker. These inaccuracies significantly impacted my experience, and I hope you will address these issues to ensure future customers have a more accurate understanding of what to expect.
