It is also the largest natural lake in Pennsylvania by surface area (925 Acres). All I know, it's a great place to visit. You can go swimming, boating, fishing, and more. Conneaut itself is kind of strange with the creepy abandoned looking amusement park, and the super haunted Conneaut hotel. We drove right through the amusement park and hotel until we reached a parking lot right on the lake. I think this is a public beach area right next to the tiki bar. I was impressed by how clean it was, and how beautiful the nearby lake houses were. The tiki bar was busy in the middle of the hot summer day. We walked right onto the dock for their boat! It was super easy and convenient. The lake itself is clean and pretty! We took the boat out to the sandbar at the flagpole in the middle of the water. It was only a few feet of water in some areas and kids and dogs could stand. The water felt amazing - 76 degrees! The bottom of the lake at this point is very sharp, so we had to wear water shoes. The lake is really beautiful and this is a great day trip from Pittsburgh.

We tried to dispute this and told her we tried calling for 30 mins and she said we still had to pay for them coming out to the front of the marina to get their shitty boat running. We asked to speak to the owner and he said its a business he runs and he has to charge us for his boat not running. Moral of the story is that their shitty equipment failed and they charged us to rescue us from their shitty boat. I don't recommend this "business" to anyone. Find another place to rent from.
