I got to my appointment on time and prepared for my scheduled pedicure and manicure. I'm unsure on whether the chairs are unable to massage but I was not offered this option. I chose the middle tier ($45) which included a massage and leg care (lotion, oil, etc). Once I finished the pedicure, I noticed that my feet were still ashy which is not normal for me once I finish my pedicures. I then moved to my manicure in which she began to state that I couldn't come back because I was not a regular customer. I had a bit of trouble understanding her as she had on a mask. I asked her to repeat what she said and she said because I wasn't a regular customer I couldn't come back and I "better be glad she had space in her calendar." This frustrated me and I informed her that this wasn't explained to me. She said it's just me and my daughter and she's going off to school. It's the way she said it that was rude and her approach to that. Her card and door states that she welcomes walk on customers. I do not recommend her or her daughter!
