Maybe they should actually answer the phone instead of pick up and hang up on you not sure how they get business

We decided to come here for our sons 16th birthday celebration, it was a little bit of a drive, but awesome once we got there! I would have never guessed this location for paintball! It's in the woods so it's a lot of fun to run and hide you really feel apart of the game. The boys had the best time and the director was really informative and fun also! You do have to buy extra paintballs though can't bring your own. They do supply you with some to start and after that you have to buy more! Highly suggest this place for family fun or marriage therapy!!!! read more

This place is the real thing!!! We brought a work group and had Anthony and Austin as our hosts. They had the best games lined up for us, kept the ammo coming, and made sure we had as much fun as we could take! Best paintball place around! Booking the party was easy. The explanation and communication with the man who answered the phone was awesome. We arrived later than we were supposed to as we arrived at the time we were supposed to start. The guys there knew we were arriving late and ran through the rules quickly so we could get started asap. My only gripe is that when we got started I asked if it was okay for me to bring my phone as I wanted to get pictures since this was for my sons 11th birthday. The man told me I could but it was not needed as he would take before and after group pictures as well as pictures throughout the games and they would be posted that night on facebook. I did not take ONE picture and it has been a month and a half with no pictures of my sons birthday. I have messaged them and posted on their facebook asking for at least the group picture with no response. read more

From start to finish the experience was poor. Even trying to get a returned phone call seems to be difficult. It's deep in the woods with no fun obstacles as you would imagine. Also they operate out of a tent and there is no bathroom. I would also recommend wearing a helmet because the face mask provided was not enough to protect your head. But honestly the worst part of our session was Josh, the 'instructor' who explain the rules and expectations. He clearly HATED his job and was extremely negative throughout our time there. He talked about how he 'hated Washington' and couldn't wait to leave. He was like a drill Sargent times 100. He was so unpleasant our party couldn't wait to leave. Horrible, it was super rainy and muddy knee deep, the guy told us we can change the date, then when we call to change next day, the main guy says we can't and we lost all our money for a large party. Too expensive as well, only reason went in first place is cause someone gave me tickets. Wouldn't recomend, would put zero starts cause the guy was nasty on the phone, but yelp requires at least one star. read more

The field is a bit out there in Orting, but is a lot of fun to play on. Be prepared for heavily wooded areas, and be sure to wear pants regardless of the weather. Alamo, capture the flag, all the games were a lot of fun. It is a pretty authentic combat experience and there are no buildings, just you, nature, and your enemies! Wish there were more people out there to participate, so be sure to bring 6+. read more

Went here with a small group and had a blast. Feels like just going out in the woods with your buddies. Great service by Ken who was friendly, knowledgeable, and laid back. He was informative for those who were not as experienced but didn't make them feel stupid. Made you feel like he was there to help you have a great time in any way possible. Course is densely wooded with tall grass, logs, and bunkers. Great experience and would gladly come back. read more

Our instructor was great, the field was good size, and it was a good first experience paintballing. The site was a little difficult to find, it's down a dirt road with only a few signs. Their scheduling is a little unorganized; I never got a confirmation email but everything worked out just fine. If I could give this place a negative 100 I would!! These people clearly do not want to do business. I purchased a Living Social coupon and prior to purchasing looked on the website and it clearly states that they are open mid week. There was no date restriction noted on the Living Social coupon. I called and asked if there was availability on a certain date and he told me no as it was based on referee availability. He said to make a reservation on line. I followed the website prompts and saw a day that games were being played, so I assumed that they must have referees. I booked on line and put a credit card deposit. There is no way to book for a specific Living Social deal so I booked it to the same description. I received a receipt confirmation and assumed that all was good. I then received a call from Joe and he layed into me that he already said the 7th wasn't available and I said I realize that, I booked on the 6th. He said we've been over this ( He was VERY AGRESSIVE ) it is based on availability. I stated that I simply followed their online prompts and according to their calendar and the fact that my reservation was apparently received I thought all was good. I then asked, can you please tell me when you do have openings so I can work around them. He said I have no openings for you! I am firing you as a customer and he would not continue the conversation. He ranted that he was on the phone for 30 minutes ( it was 10 minutes and he was done) He said I have openings but I won't give any to you. It went from a sane and pleasant request to ridiculous. I have actually never experienced anything so odd in my life. I am a business owner myself and actually couldn't believe that I actually had this conversation. Do not trust this guy or his establishment. There are other honest companies out there, save your time, money and good mood and do not deal with this one. It sounds like a blessing in disguise as the other reviews sound horrible once you actually get a date. Good riddance!!! read more

This was the worst experience. Please DO NOT PURCHASE. Purchased an hour for 10 people and never received a confirmation, instructions, or a phone call to confirm the online reservation. We arrived 25 minutes before our 3:00pm reserved time and was given a lengthy and repetitive training and proceed to wait for another 15 minutes for the group before us to finish and to reload the guns this was well after 3:00pm when they finally finished and we were able to get our masks and guns. Many of the guns were faulty and several of my guests did not get play AT ALL. Our time was CUT SHORT by 45 minutes because the instructor (Joselyn) safety training went over our timeslot and they needed an additional 20 minutes to reload the guns and check for faulty equipment twice including before we even started playing. Not only did they stop our game at 3:50, there was also no other group behind us and when we left the site at 4:15, no other group had arrived, so they could have accommodated us and let us play for at least another 15 minutes. Joselyn our instructor has very poor customer service and wasted most of our time. HUGE WASTE OF TIME! read more
