Several walk-in customers arrived, and I was informed that my service was being prepared. However, the walk-in customers' vehicles were prioritized, and I observed that my vehicle remained unattended in the parking lot while I waited in the waiting room. Despite checking the service monitor, my vehicle was not listed. It appeared that I was at the back of the queue, and my truck was still where I had parked it. I attempted to cancel the service, but a representative stated it would take 45 minutes to finish my vehicle. then they brought it in the service area. After waiting for two hours, as indicated on the monitor, the walk-in customers were serviced first. My $1,100.00 purchase was treated with disrespect. My wife and I have been customers of Town Fair Tire for decades; however, this experience has ended our patronage. There are numerous businesses vying for our business, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Goodbye, Town Fair Tire.

I first went to the new Town Fair Tire in Webster and ended up at Good Year…read more All I needed was four replacement tires mounted and balanced. Town Fair told me that it was going g to be about $220.00 total where Good Year was a bit more than half of that. Town Fair told me the cost was high based on the fact that I didn't buy the tires there. Regardless of where I bought the tires, the work required is exactly the same. They reek of used car salesmen. Honestly, I was extremely pleased to end up at GoodYear as they looked my car over with a fine tooth comb which was appreciated. Their technicians are trained mechanics rather that just tire changers. I won't be going back to Town Fair.

Over-torqued and ruined my wife's lug nuts on a Cherokee; now one won't come off and all others…read moreneed replaced for distortion. Brought a wrangler in, they did the rear brakes, failed inspection for e-brake. Brought it back in, they fixed the e-brake but failed to secure the tire properly. Half way home, tire was coming loose, limped home, got tire off and lugs were cross-threaded and loose. Brought it back, they promised to fix whatever got damaged, called and said everything was fine as is, all in good shape. There were metal shavings coming out of the drum, obvious cross-threading and issues with lug threads. Too bad I bought the 3-year alignment plan, because I trust them touching my vehicles again.

Manager said, come on in, anytime, despite my wanting to make an appointment. Next day, I show up at 11:30a, said I was the guy who called asking to make an appointment for a balancing. All of the staff were at max capacity, and manger was looking a bit frazzled. Manager recognized me by my intro. I said, "I'll bet you wish you.." and he finished my sentence: "wished I hadn't told you to come in anytime?" We both chuckled, and he said, "let me see what I can do." He popped his head into the shop, and within seconds, said, "I've got you." Fifteen minutes later, a tech popped out of the shop and asked if my wheels had EVER been balanced, because there was no sign of any weights ever having been there (alloy rims). I said that I was surprised, because Costco had done the install six years earlier, and I had never had problems with their work before. Needless to say, they now ride super smooth, and I have complete respect for the manager and technicians. Highly recommend.

I've used them several times before so I guess I should be considered a repeat customer. They wanted me to bring my car back this afternoon, but what the heck! Why would I do that after you just stiffed me on my appointment. Not a reliable business when they can be so cavalier about a basic facet of business - keep your appointments. Zero stars for this one and I won't go back.
