My 10 year old daughter's anxiety at the thought of braces was quickly put to ease with the kind, colorfully inviting and warm environment Putnam Orthodontics creates. She started to feel less intimidated once we walked through the door and she saw her name on a neon board welcoming her as a new patient. Dr. Pai and his very skilled team quickly engaged my daughter and oriented her about braces in a very kid friendly and non threatening manner. During Orientation my daughter was made the key focus by the team which was so important as she was incredibly nervous about braces.They really took the time to get to know her and make her feel comfortable. Everyone is so nice. The office design, too, makes it a very welcoming and calm environment not only for the patients, but for parents as well. Orthobucks loyalty reward program is a brilliant marketing tactic that really makes it fun for kids to earn rewards in exchange for taking better care of their oral hygiene. Let's just say this place deserves more than a 5 star!!! They are all amazing! I've never felt so comfortable in a doctors office. Seriously didn't even question the amount I was paying because they were so flexible with my schedule & even flexible with my monthly payments. I'm a college student and single parent working 2 jobs living on my own no help from anyone. I am sadden to write this review but i have to do it to help prevent others from falling under the same trap that I did with this crooked indian orthodontist. I have 3 boys, one of them knocked a bracket off a couple times. The first time was free, the second time I was charged $250. I questioned it so I called another orthodontist. The nice woman said he needed bumpers. I was never told that by Dr. Pai. He was always rushing and never explained anything. Whenever we brought up any concerns, he got defensive right away and brushed us off. What a crooked man he is. read more

My sister searched up an orthodontist appointment near my dads work a while ago and it came up as one of the best orthodontists. She then went there and it was such an amazing atmosphere. My experience at Putnam Orthodontics was great. Everyone there was very friendly. They had complementary drinks and sometimes snacks. They had a station for little kids that included tablets for them to play games on while they wait for whomever to finish their appointment. Overall I had no complaints with their service. Dr pai doesn't insist on unnecessary treatment and that's the main reason I will always recommend this practice. We got a free consultation which included X-rays and to this day, follow up visits with zero treatment plan because his teeth look great. Really happy with Putnam Orthodontics. read more
