I've never waited two hours to be seen by a doctor until today. The wait time exceeds an hour and…read morethirty minutes for less than 3% of patients at Urgent Care offices nationwide, but I'm wondering who else has to wait this long for a sore throat or something of the sort at this office. The doctor arrived finally, did his two minute check, pretended to listen to me breath. Then hilariously, when we dropped off the simple antibiotic prescription at a nearby Rite Aid, the pharmacist said, "This prescription is written for a Jonathan Smith." Last name is Blevins. But I get it. Just another "John Smith," to him, right? Woof, what a mistake to get sick and choose this particular Urgent Care in the morning. ***The wait staff was extremely friendly, efficient, and patient. As usual, I'm assuming they're just dealing with an overpaid overworked monster.

I came here in Feb. '13 for a skin rash. I saw a physician's assistant who spent 3 minutes in my…read moreroom and, right off the bat, told me I had scabies. He prescribed me a cream and something to use on my scalp. After paying $40 for the cream and $175 for the scalp oil, I read that you could use the cream on your scalp. Pointless and a waste of money. But that's not all! Not only did those creams not work, but I saw a dermatologist 2 weeks later to find out that I was suffering from an allergy to milk. NOT scabies. Derm. said they should've done a skin test, instead of assuming that it was scabies. Six months after my appointment, I received a bill $75~ that read that I've been contacted several times and that after this date, they were going to turn me over to a collection agency. I never received a bill before that, and I paid in full at the office. I did call the office to inform them of this, and they said that they had made a mistake in filing. She said they didn't file me as an uninsured patient, and did manage to take care of the mistake. Overall crappy experience. Do not go here if you want to speak with a doctor that will take the time to diagnosis your problem.

I warn anybody that's thinking about getting dental implants from John Brock . Go somewhere else he…read moredon't know what he is doing. I had 2 implants placed around 3/19 one of them was obvious that it was placed wrong. After about three months Dr Brock opened my gums up again to try to save an obviously bad placed implant after a few months more of pain and suffering I finally talked him into removing it. He would always come up with some kind of BS saying I was fine no matter how I complained about the pain and bad taste in my mouth. So here I and 7-18-20 having to go to another real doctor to get diagnosed with a bone infection. Which will require yet another surgery to hopefully correct the problem. Bottom line they took my money over a years worth of pain and nether implant is usable. I also noticed during my many office visits that if you talk to the other people in the waiting room most of them where they're dealing with a failed implant also. Do your self a favor and find a real DMD and not a DDS with a days training for implants by the manufacture.

I would have given half a star or even zero stars if it were possible. This doctor who is supposed…read moreto be a great maxofacial surgeon performed upper eyelid surgery on me on June 29th. He said in consultation he would have the stitches out in 5-7 days. When it came time for the stitches to be removed I was told that he would not be back in the office for 12 days and that there was nobody that could remove them but him. I had to go to a different care provider to have them removed and by the time they were removed, there was scarring on my eyelids from the sutures being left in too long (suture cysts). Not only this, but he cut my eyes incorrectly and whereas before the surgery (which I had to do due to lack of peripheral visibility), my eyelids fit perfectly around the eyeball but now my right eyelid, which he cut a peak into, stays pulled away from the eyeball and has no strength to it. I would not refer a dog to this doctor let alone another human being.

I was told they were full for the evening and not accepting any new patients. But would I like to make an appt for the next day? They close at 8 p.m. Do not publicly advertise walk-ins welcome if you are not accepting walkins! If you want to operate like a real doctors office and require appt, then remove the walkins sign from your advertising. And explain to me how they were "full" when only one person was waiting.

I lost my drivers license somewhere between a restaurant, home, or our other car. Anyway. I have my Federal Veteran photo id and Mandy at the front desk (EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL) said that wasn't good enough and they don't take those. Only a drivers license. After trying to reason with this totally rude and discriminating small brained woman. I left and talked to my employer about it and asking for a different location or place. They sent back an email saying that they talked to Medexpress and they would take my federal id. So, I go back and just hand Mandy (Rude person) the paperwork with my federal veteran photo id and say nothing. She said "Oh you again"!? I told you we can't take that id. I show here the email and she said i don't care WE only take a drivers license. Totally embarrassed again!!! I left n and I hope you all will not give this place your money!!
