My daughter also used this DR. she was have severe stomach issues her doctor Dumb, did nothing. Time and time again she would explain the severity of her symptoms to her doctor. Nothing happened. I asked Dr. Lilly what he thought about my daughter. He felt sure it had to be crohn's. My daughter went to the emergency room time and again but her doctor would not make a referral. I called Dunbar Medical associates to see if they had any opening and explained my daughter situation. During our third ER visit, we switched doctors John immediately admitted her into the hospital for testing. Made a referral to another super doctor who specializes in in stomach problems. Testing was completed and my daughter spent a week in the hospital. She was off work for a month or more trying to get well enough to go back to work. Switching was as easy as a phone call The doctors at Dunbar Medical cared for her in the hospital and continue to help her to this day! I can't thank Dr. Lilly enough for listening and understanding the problem! Dr. Lilly did this again when my mother had an episode with her blood pressure dropping too low because her doctor had prescribed the wrong medication. Had put her through unnessary life threatening testing. She went to the ER after the procedure with a blood pressure that could not even be read. Dr. John Lilly worked with my mother when I called Dr. Lilly office from the ER. He looked at her medications and determined that she had about 4 times more medication then she needed. He kept her in the hospital until everything was back to normal. He has been her doctor every since that day. He is an excellent professional who cares for seniors. He is very knowledgeable when managing her care. He had someone even go to her house and make sure it was safe. The service made recommendations and provided in home therapy. He makes sure to check out all her/our concerns. He refers her to the best doctors in our area, like Dr Molina for her bad knees. I can tell you how happy I am that he takes care of my mother!!!!!!! He has now become my husbands doctor too. My husband has to many medical problems to list. Dr Lilly has made fabulous referrals for him. He has managed his medication making the best choices for him. He was going into the hospital about every month until Dr. Lilly started managing his care. Dr. Lilly is the best doctor in the valley and in my opinion the best in the world. His office runs smoothly and work ins are never hard, just call the Dunbar Medical Associates staff and they get you on the road to recovery, pronto!!! Need a refill on a prescription; just call, you will be directed to a nice lady who will fill your prescription needs. It will not be left for one person to do. That is all this lady handles, prior authorization and prescription refills. Talking to pharmacies and insurance companies to make sure your needs are meet. She does not leave you hanging, when she has worked it out, she will call and let you know the particulars of the situation.

I do not recommend. My mom was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma. It went to her spine, lungs and…read moreliver. It broke her back in three places. It was devastating. She died 89 days after being diagnosed. I went here when mom was first diagnosed due to concerns. I was breaking out in hives and also I wanted to be checked for cancerous spots since I learned that having a parent with melanoma increases your own chances. I was told after I made an appointment, they'd have to cancel it because the person wasn't available. I asked if there was someone else because I felt like this was an emergency, and they said no. I went online to see if this was true and it was not. I booked another person there online and was seen. This rubbed me the wrong way instantly. The person seemed inept. They were more concerned about hives, which I had told her that I'd been to people before and this has happened since I was a kid. They've ran multiple tests and couldn't find a source. I was more concerned with cancer!! She didn't check me for spots. Actually she sent another girl in to do biopsies on my hives. These biopsies NEVER healed properly. They scared. I posted pictures on here from FIVE MONTHS after the biopsies. I don't believe they will ever fade. Even when I came back to get the stitches out, they did not check me for skin cancers. I left confused and angry. I'll never go back. I went because I was familiar with the place because I'd taken my son there for acne. They charge a ridiculous amount. I don't trust their billing. They are still trying to charge me like $500 for these two biopsies when I have PEIA insurance. In rhe meantime, I'm dealing with the death of my mom from the cancer I was scared of.
