Turned the whole thing on us that we were impatient and not understanding .my wife asked how long will it be she through her arms up and was like i dont know , says you people are so impatient .If you like this kind of treatment and threats to call authorities just for talking back and asking a few questions than by all means this is the best tax place for you. For a further note this had nothing to do with covid we both had on our masks and were social distances!

The payment showed on our credit card that day. On June 3, 2019 we got our first notice from the IRS stating that they had not gotten our payment. H & R Block did not submit our information properly so our payment never got processed by the IRS. I have been trying to reach H&R Block since June 4 and nobody with any authority has called me back. Several messages have gone to my local owner, the district managers, and above. H&R Block says they have you covered, but they did nothing to help me fix the situation with the IRS. It took me two months and many, many hours and phone calls, but I finally got it resolved myself. DO NOT USE H & R BLOCK!

I was expecting to be rushed in and rushed out...Come to find out, I was greeted very friendly by Kathy the woman who sits at the front of the office, then I was greeted by April Watts. Once I sat down and explained my particular needs to April, she was able to walk me through a process that I had no clue as to what I was doing. Once I was done with the first part of my visit... I was then placed under the care of Lynne Weeks. There is something that you have to know about tax season, when you have to go file your taxes, and someone like me who tends to forget to remind herself to go and file taxes, you get a lot of last-minute people in your office. These wonderful ladies were spent a 12 hour day making sure that they took care of all of their clients... And they did it with gusto, common courtesy, and respect! They were friendly, they were helpful, and they made me laugh... Having a great personality and a wonderful sense of humor made me want to go back to this office! The lady that did our taxes was completely fed up that we were there. As she may have had better things to do. Tried going back in to get our state taxes done (we moved from NY) - same lady. Had no idea what she was doing so we had to go to another location two days later where they told us she was completely wrong. Moral of the story - do not go here unless you want to be treated like dirt, not get a proper refund, and deal with people that can hardly handle basic interaction skills.

The lady that answered struggled severely to get this done. She kept telling me that her computer was giving her problems. Finally she said the appointment was set for March 11 for my requested preparer. I wanted to make it a month before the deadline in case of issues. Well I am glad I did. I had all my information gathered and in order today. I called to confirm my appointment. When I called, the same lady that made the appointment answered. I am not going to give her name but I had it recorded on my calendar. She could not find my appointment. She struggled to find me in the system, again complaining that her computer was giving issue. Then she said I had no appointment when she found me. This messed up my whole week. Not to mention that, just this morning, I got a return call I had been waiting on for another appointment. They asked could I come today at the same time as the HR Block appointment. I had to decline and make it for later. Not professional. If I could give a zero, I would.
