The mover refused to give a final quote until everything was loaded and was rude and careless, damaging my apartment during the process. He held my belongings under duress, demanding an additional $850, claiming it was a "deal." After paying, I discovered he left items at my old apartment and poorly reassembled my dresser, using my tools to fix it. A week later, he called accusing me of lying about the apartment damage, despite my photographic evidence, and offered to "fix it" so I could drop the matter, also refusing to share his name or company address. The owner, Olvin, was also rude and unprofessional, dismissing my concerns with profanity. Their conduct throughout the move was unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful.

Nice people, nice facility but they lack transparency…read more I called looking for temporary storage and asked if they prorated their monthly fee. They answered:"of course". I got there on the 21st of April and paid $127. May rent was $300, and I left on May 3rd and they refused to prorate. I rented a space for 12 days and paid $427. Granted I should have read the contract but I asked the specific question if they prorated and they said yes. Their explanation was we prorated you in not out. Also, expect 30 minutes every time you go into the office. Principal is more value than money. I would not recommend this place. I would drive to find straight forward and fair pricing.

My dog (Milo) and I loved it. The weather was warm enough for us to take the paddle board out and enjoy the lake for all its stillness and beauty. The owner/builder invited us to enjoy a bonfire one evening. He discussed the finishing touches to his property and gave me recommendations for where I was heading next. It's great to speak with someone who knows the area. His place is unique, quiet, and relaxing. I would highly recommend stopping and staying as long as you'd like.
