It's been an Amazing place, pecans all over, quite, RV's are kept clean and the people tend to stay to themselves. Owner has provided a great location and ample of space for the Full timers. I highly recommend if you want to save money and live in peace. My husband said maintenance is super friendly too. Our son has no concerns and love that he's close to home. They are also adding amenity's to the RV park.

They confirmed they would allow the open trailer for a one night stay! :) The kiddos enjoyed the pool, basketball court, and club house. All were in excellent condition. We had DoorDash to the club house and enjoyed dinner in the large space. :) The residents were super nice and welcoming!! We would definitely be back! Oh yea, showers were excellent!!!
