The management and teachers may have changed. If you want to verify I am a real person just look at my other reviews. I'm also on FB and Linked in. My daughter stopped going to another well known Hollywood daycare due to sudden severe separation anxiety. During the month of February/March 2019 the kids in her class started making fun of her and rejecting her because of her suddenly acting out. I withdrew her because there were a couple of kids bullying her and although I brought it to the teacher's attention - it continued. With play therapy she got better but still exhibited serious emotional dysregulation and severe separation anxiety. I found Temple Beth El listed as a Free VPK provider during the summer of 2019. It is not only for Jewish children. We are Christian and share many of the values and stories in the Old Testament. It is a private Jewish school but there is a diverse student body. It was only supposed to be for summer camp (not covered by free vpk due to her age) but she ended up attending until the Broward county lockdown March 2020. I give full credit to TBE staff and teachers for her behavioral and social improvement. Play therapy is one thing but being at this incredible school was key. She stopped screaming so much and eventually did not even want to go home because of all the fun she was having! She is a totally different child now from the child she was last year. The school grounds are well taken care of. They have two playgrounds, one for each age group. They keep everything clean and organized. TBE has an impressive curriculum where they not only teach academics and extracurricular activities but educate children on manners and values that are missing in public schools. Every teacher my daughter encountered whether during her regular class, summer camp or after care, was incredibly loving and attentive. I volunteered there every time I could (first time mom and loved to help). I assure you: they are no different when someone is not watching. Go for a tour of the school and their beautiful temple. Even though the school abides by Florida standards in regards to ratio I still think it's too much to have eleven 2 year olds for one teacher. For the price tag it would be nice for the teacher to have an assistant. My child was always safe here. And I haven't even started on their very robust curriculum. It was meticulously thought out and aligned with the five senses. Unlike anything I've ever seen elsewhere it is a solid and thoughtful curriculum and unleashes creativity in our kids. Infant room: we loved the infant room and the teachers that were there at the time. They were extremely caring and helpful. We received a daily report card of all of the things she did. 1-2 our daughter loved the teachers in the year and 2 year room. She thrived and even learned a little Spanish. The teachers worked with us to potty train her. Ms Brenda was very loving and caring. 3-4 they really started teaching them and preparing them for VPK. The had some nice additional things we were able to add on. Our daughter loved the music class and the cooking class. The teacher, Ms Jita (bad spelling of her name)who taught both was so amazing. During our tenure the Director changed. Both Ms Jade and Ms Colleen (the new director) were very good and along with the assist Director (Ms Julie) they made our experience there a good one. We went to visit last year and to our happiness and surprise almost everyone that was there when our daughter was, still worked there. That is rare for this business. The only reason we left was my job changed and I moved our daughter closer to home and also wanted her to make some new friends she'd be going to kindergarten with.

My child went…read moreto this school for 2 years and I thought I had a good relationship with the teachers and staff, I was shocked to see how they had zero compassion toward my family when it came to money. I made the huge mistake of paying in advance for the year, and then about halfway through the year my kid got accepted at another school that goes up to 8th grade. The teachers and staff all recommended that i take the opportunity as it would be a good move for the future. When i asked about being refunded, i was told i would have to wait 8 months for a refund, and then a week later i was told, "nevermind, there are no refunds." I was out more than $5,780 and zero sympathy and everyone stopped answering my emails. I would recommend to parents to simply find another school, one that has an ounce of compassion and heart. It breaks my heart because the teacher was so great, but those business practices are terrible. I guess it's all in the fine print that you sign when you enroll, but never in a million years did I think it would come to this. I think the ownership/management should learn a few of the Montessori principals like kindness, compassion and empathy.

Not only did they help us with her transition into VPK, but they welcomed her with open arms and made her feel comfortable and welcomed. The school also put on a BEAUTFUL graduation ceremony! A few years later she is still talking about her VPK class and how much she loved it. Huge shout out to Ms. Alex and Ms. Carmen for being such great role models to her. Now, my almost two-year-old has started daycare there. As a parent, I was worried how he would do in a new place with new faces, but the teachers made his transition so smooth. Each day they welcome him with open arms and he loves it! The school has a wonderful application that keeps you updated throughout the day with pictures, learning activities, and is so detailed to the point of when his diaper was changed. I can also message the teachers through the app with any concerns or questions. I love that the classroom size is small and intimate, allowing the children to have the attention they deserve. It's very reassuring to know that our children are in a safe and educational environment. We are so grateful to be part of the Children's World South family and highly recommend them to any parent looking for childcare and early education.

The facilities are an environment for learning and growing from what we've seen on the initial tour. The Director Hellen is a fantastic woman with Love in her heart and without a doubt pours her heart into the business and the families it serves. Her sister Tina, is just about the sweetest and caring person on planet earth. Those two both and all of the teachers have a huge heart for their kids.
