He really made the experience fun for everyone, both the experienced players and those of us who were playing for the first time ever. If you're looking for a fun sober adult group activity, this was great!

THIS RATING IS FROM A DAY OF WALK IN ON A SATURDAY @12:45PM FOR A 9 YEAR OLD PAINTBALL SOFT…read more Paintball Soft is good for ages 7+. The gun power is less and the bullets are smaller to hurt less. Next time, I will definitely reserve a spot 24hrs prior. 4 stars only because from 12:45pm - 4pm my 9 year old only played 2 games. I don't know if this is an average. Face shield mandatory! Long loose pants, long sleeve shirts, and gloves are recommended. Thick layers or double layer are ideal for pain tolerance and weather conditions. Closed toed comfortable shoes. Wear close that you're okay getting dirty. Non alcoholic beverages, snacks and food are okay. You just can't BBQ or cook anything. 12:45PM - Arrived. The park is in the Barona area. The park shares space close to a Motocross/Dirt Bike Track. Signs will point you in the correct direction. Parking is on a dirt lot. Free parking. Checked it for a walk in. There were no Paintball Soft Guns available for rent at arrival, but the front desk guy said between 1:15pm - 1:30pm he will have an answer. We waited until then. 1:30PM - Paintball Soft Gun available. I paid $65 for 1000 paint balls, entry, mask, and gun rental. They taught my 9 year old how to manage the Paintball Soft Gun. There was a target area where he could practice shooting. 1:45PM - The referee had to take his 30min break. 2:15PM - Referee done with break. He gathered all the Paintball Soft crew. Broke the group up into a green team and pink team. He explained the rules of how to handle the gun, when to not shoot, masks always on, etc. 2:30PM - Game 1. Walked over to the first map. I was a spectator. The players looked like they had fun. Parents can watch from a far. Maps are located on beginner friendly hiking trails 3:00PM - Game end. 10 minute break for next game. 3:30PM - Gather group back. Referee briefs the group again. Walks group to new map. Game 2 begins. 4:00PM - Game ends. My nephew is tired and ready to be done. The park closes at 4PM but there were still games starting after. If we stayed, my nephew would probably have done a total of 3 games.

I have several Dye products ranging from DAM, Rail, Rotor and assorted pod packs and vests…read more I will say I am a little disappointed in the lack of variety for the scenario/mil sim player. Their catalog no longer includes the tactical gear, vests or molle pouches though they still carry the DAM and magazines. They just don't give you options on how to carry them on the field. As for the HQ location the building is nice, parking is good and they have a display room. The problem is you don't really have the setup that is suitable to window shopping. You will need to know what you want when you walk through the door. They have frequent walk ins but aren't really designed to support that function. I was able to buy some items but it took a while between the clerk ringing up the order and having someone run stuff from the warehouse. Not really a destination to visit but worth the trip if you live in the area. I ended up here after all of the SD area paintball shops didn't have any Dye gear in stock.

A month later it still hasn't been charge to my credit card. I called to cancel my order because i was just tired of waiting for it. They said that they were out of stock this whole time, now it would have been nice to have receive a call from them and letting me know that it was going to take some time for me to receive it. Now the 2 stars is for the service not the products they have, Dye is great for your gear.

But no weapons, No guns sold here. The owner Jeff was super helpful, nice and informative. I was interested in a canvas jacket with a zipper opening and lots of pockets. Jeff showed me a number of things I might like but the items didn't have specific features I needed: zipper, stay dry and or lots of pockets. There was a Navy Seals military backpack $599.00 and Navy Seals cargo pants $400.00...the backpack was too ginormous for me. The cool cargo pants wasn't waterproof or stay dry material, but is pricey for a non designer clothing, so these prices may/may not be a bargain. The canvas military jackets with lots of pockets had button closure, not zipper as I preferred :( I don't particularly shop for military gear clothing so I'm not an expert about pricing and whether it's a good value or bargain. Due to time constraints, my visit was cut short but this shop is bound to have the military gear clothing you might want so it's worth a visit. Recommend

You either have to pay for parking at the kiosk parking lots or park in the street. A nice variety of military clothes and jackets and boots. The non smoking store was a bonus. Prices were steep compared to Texas outlet prices but this is California.

I never thought of shopping for soccer or baseball items at Dick's Sporting Goods store but since…read moremy niece had reminded me that one was nearby our home (Chula Vista), I decided to give Dick's a try. Mission Valley was the other location I had in mind but wasn't feeling an 18 mile drive that day. It was a couple weekend mornings ago when my niece stopped by to look for soft ball equipment. With staff's helpful assistance, she was able to get all the age appropriate items for my 7 year old granddaughter. I then picked up the saved items later that day and made my purchase. Since I was on limited time, I made a quick stop at the baseball section just to get some ideas on prices. Prior to making it over to the register, I also skimmed through some clothing racks that were right in front of the register area. Nothing interesting popped out. I thought to myself that stuff was no different than shopping at a Nike, Adidas or Under Armor outlet store. Not exactly impressed with the prices but I must say Dick's takes the cake on heavy stock on sporting goods and sportswear. I didn't have to look at every area of the store but it was clear to me, the store was packed with merchandise. One-stop shop. With regards to customer service, I don't recall being greeted when I first entered the store but from my observation, there was a good amount of staff readily available at each register. I was second in line, moving right along, no issues here. On same note, staff members on the floor appeared to be busy while customers were moving throughout store. The male cashier that rang up my purchases was friendly and polite. He also tried to up-sale me on other items related to my purchases, but I declined. Not really sure if I would shop at Dick's sporting goods again due to their merchandise being on the pricey side. However, I definitely know where to go should Big 5, Walmart or Target be out of stock on sporting good items. In conclusion, I would have rather waited until I was able to actually shop around a little bit more before giving a fair rating on my shopping experience. So, for now, despite being it was short and quick, it's safe to say, Dick's sporting goods has everything Almost.
