Leo was great, the combination of his demeanor and delivery was pleasant and kept my attention. Leo also used scenarios and class participation to keep us all engaged. With that being said it is Leo's real world and first hand experience was what made it memorable, the info sinks and sticks that much more. I do not recommend taking any of their classes; the teachers are trying to do their best but they can't change this unpleasant environment. You complete the online skills section first, and then go in person to test hands-on skills with the mannequins. If you know what you're doing, you can get in and out in 10-20 minutes! Don't use them for "training", they suck- telephone operators don't have a clue what they're doing, nobody returns phone calls, phones go unanswered- worst of all, you take the training online, show up to the site to do the skills training part, and their computer/manikins are inoperable, won't work, cannot turn on- and I waited close to an hour there and nobody was able to help. So inconvenient! Took time off work, and now delayed getting my certificate. Lacking professionalism.
