The course was a hybrid meaning that I had to do an online portion, then forward my completion notice to Ted who then scheduled the in person hands on portion. Ted was thorough, even checking to hear how the online portion went (that was done on an AHA site which he does not control) and he quickly assessed my needs to tailor areas of focus needed. Very professional with a delightfully humanizing touch. Ted is an EMT and does this training all over the area. I was very pleased, got my card by email within about 48 hours. This friendly, professional guy runs a great business. I told all my friends at work. Highly recommended. The whole process cost me about $75, a bargain considering how truly efficient it is. Some printouts made so sloppy that we couldn't read half of what was on it. I do not recommend taking any of their classes; the teachers are trying to do their best but they can't change this unpleasant environment.
