They came here with masks on their faces and smiles in their eyes. From the Owner to the Apprentice they were so personable! They made every task seem simple and important. We had a very clogged drainage system pretty much everything was clogged up and slow moving. They installed a new water heater in a new location. Installed a new toilet that has the multi flushing depending on what your flushing. Installed a new faucet and changed the piping to be easier to drain. They cared about the new equipment they were installing to the point that John was going to go back to the office to get a different faucet, because the piping came out of the box a little kinked. I asked him if it would have any affect on the usage. He said no that it just wouldn't look as nice. I had to convince him that it was going to be under the sink so I was okay with it being a little kinked.
