I am so happy that we discovered the Margate Animal hospital!…read more We recently were fortunate enough to have a three year old golden doodle come into our lives and needed to find a vet to microchip, update his vaccinations and get him neutered. Dr. Berrios and his team are so wonderful. It feels like a family vet versus others I've had over the years where they price gauge you for the smallest needs. Their pricing is very reasonable for the suite of services they offer, in fact the best I've seen in my 16yrs of having animals. The love and care they've shown our sweet boy has made me their customer for life! If you're in a need of a vet, I urge you to check them out.

One for my male cat who landed incorrectly and broke his back foot and recent I went here under an emergency after my newly spayed Kitty developed a Seroma that quickly became infected. It's important to mention my cat was NOT spayed at this location but at a cat clinic. The girl who answered immediately had me text over images to Dr Berrios and within minutes he answered. The following days after visiting and getting treatment not only did the front desk girls call me to follow up on my baby but so did Dr Berrios. He took time out of his personal life to text me and make sure everything was okay just as they had done the first time with my male cat. My cat is since then recovering well. I cannot be more grateful for this office.

Dr. Doug Mindlins are both incredibly patient, gentle, caring, and thorough veterinarians. Over the years, they've helped our cats through eye infections, cyst growth, heart murmurs, parasites, and more, and we always felt our cats were in very good hands. The pricing has also always felt very fair no hidden fee, and before any more expensive tests, they always took the time to explain and ask first, which we really appreciated. The vet assistants are also absolutely amazing and so kind, and the front desk staff are always warm, friendly, and super quick when we need receipts or SOAP notes. Overall, we've had such a wonderful experience here. We're honestly really sad that after leaving Fort Lauderdale, we won't be able to keep coming here and seeing everyone anymore. No matter what, we highly recommend Quad City Animal Clinic. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our cats all these years!

Absolutely zero stars especially with staff and director accountability…read more I am submitting this formal complaint regarding All Aboard Animal Hospital and my experience with the facility's veterinary services, communication, and handling of a serious patient safety concern involving my puppy, Bailey. I entrusted All Aboard Animal Hospital with Bailey's care and later discovered to be inaccurate laboratory results documented in his medical record. These documented laboratory results resulted in a three-day delay in Bailey receiving appropriate care, causing unnecessary stress and concern for both my puppy and me. When I became aware of the issue, I immediately contacted the hospital and requested that the Medical Director be notified so the matter could be reviewed promptly in my refund of 125$ exam fee be refunded due to incorrect documentation and false medication site and resulting in my puppy not being treated for 3 days since they are closed Saturday and Sunday. I was repeatedly informed by the registration staff, including Ilene and her fellow co-woker, that the Medical Director was on vacation. Ilene responded that she was not going to call the manager on staff for this issue Despite explaining that this involved a serious concern regarding Bailey's medical record and laboratory documentation, my requests to contact him were refused by both ilene and registration staff.they did not want to refund my exam fee although there medical staff made a huge mistake. I was also not provided with another manager or veterinarian with the authority to review or resolve the issue while he was away. As a pet owner, I expect a veterinary hospital to have procedures in place to address urgent concerns involving potential medical record or laboratory documentation errors without unnecessary delay. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency demonstrated in handling this matter. I am requesting that All Aboard Animal Hospital provide a written response addressing the inaccurate laboratory documentation, explain how this error occurred, describe the steps being taken to prevent similar incidents in the future, and work toward an appropriate resolution, including reimbursement if warranted. Due to the seriousness of this matter, I have submitted a complaint to the Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine and have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also be documenting my experience through consumer review platforms, including Google and Yelp, so that other pet owners can make informed decisions. I appreciate the Better Business Bureau's assistance in facilitating communication and encouraging All Aboard Animal Hospital to address this complaint professionally. Hopefully no other pet lever will endurance this negligence in care of our beloved pet babies.7/13/26

He said they didn't have the notes of his previous script. Fine, so I showed him the picture of the bottle that said "Tucker (dog)". And I showed him the automated visit notes that you get emailed to a visit showing that he's on trazodone. Makes sense, right? But not for Rashad. He said by showing him this proof that my dog was in these medicines I was being extremely condescending? What am I supposed to do, accept the fact that they didn't have it? He then said we need a doctor visit with the dog. I said why? It's not like dementia gets better. He replies "sir, I'm a certified medical professional" or something? Okay? Just because he woke up in the wrong side of the bed this morning doesn't have to make it any more stressful for someone dealing with a dementia dog. I waited an hour and never complained once. Marla (I think) was extremely nice at the receptionist and so was the doctor. This guy is one of those people that seems to take everything personal I guess. All I did was show the pill bottles and the visit summary!
