I've been out of the rat race (employment world) for a decade. Although I have a past work history of lots of clerical experience and have owned two small businesses, my last ten years of volunteering with too much free time, my lack of current job experience using software and with the very very high competition for work in Eugene/Springfield made finding a job/career situation seemingly impossible. My old/outdated resume was just not getting attention. When I contacted Heather she replied within a few hours and we were on the phone talking about me and my work history/skills and how to move forward in updating my resume to get me the job I wanted. I followed her instructions providing her with as much info as possible that would add to my resume (all my volunteer experiences) and we met for coffee and she went over everything. Later that afternoon I had a resume that looked pretty awesome. Heather also helped me craft a cover letter that company managers/HR department heads want to read. I was getting responses from my cover letter/resume submissions and importantly, interviews! After spending a month of not getting any leads I was getting closer and closer to a job. Heather even helped me w/ interview tips and kept in touch w/ me to make sure I was feeling confident about job hunting. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was hired this week and owe a lot to Heather's skillful talent in the HR world.

Exceptional Living Coach

I thought I might benefit from a little life coaching. I didn't really know what to expect from…read morethe sessions, but figured it couldn't hurt. I was looking at my life from the stand point that there were many things I wanted to accomplish. I could see them, but seemed unable to move forward with these dreams. 1. Write a book. 2. Get projects done. 3. Travel and play. As I began working with Lisa, I soon found I was accountable for what does and doesn't happen in my life. I asked my coach how this process all worked. I could see pieces of the puzzle of my life starting to form as I gained alignment between wants and realities. Lisa coached me into believing in myself in a way I hadn't been able to access on my own. She said, "I had to trust the process and things would organically grow..." She safely led me through the process. She tended to the tender spots, talked with me about things like boundaries, and helped me develop a mission statement and a plan for the next three to five years. Of course it turned into weekly and even daily goals, but I didn't see all of this at the time. It was an insightful experience and positive. So what happened with all this coaching you might ask? As it turns out, I wrote a book! I'm working the revision process. I've started my second book and have ideas and ways to catch those ideas for all of my musings;for my books I will write! I write daily. I travel weekly and have gained a method for making progress daily on my dreams, projects and my play. I am now living in gratitude and moving in a positive direction. I am so happy for my lovely experience with my caring and passionate coach. She rocks. If you work what she give you in the way of time, ideas, and genuine desire for your own success , you will be the winner. I highly recommend Lisa; her intuitive wisdom, and her extensive knowledge and experience to help you realize your dream of living an exceptional life.

Creative Edge Resume Service - Heidi Doggwiler of Creative Edge Resume Service

Creative Edge Resume Service

Heidi is a total pro, and knows exactly how to write a winning resume…read more I'm in a STEM field, and was looking for move my career forward. I had sent my resume out to several places with zero success. I ran my resume thru one those online resume critique services, which came back with some seriously terrifying news: I had a bullet-point achievement resume which wasn't what employers today want. Today's employers are looking for a "demonstrated experience" resume. Well, I had no idea where to start. Yelp led me to Heidi. After a 45-minute phone interview (in which I felt somewhat clueless talking about myself), Heidi responded within a few days with a resume draft - and what a turnaround!! I not only looked amazing on paper, but as I read through it, I realized that my resume accurately reflected me and my work in the best possible way. I was not just amazing on paper, I felt amazing in my career, and my confidence skyrocketed. This time, my resume got me responses and interviews. The language in my resume also helped me to talk about myself in interviews - I suddenly knew how to sell myself. Heidi also crafts a cover letter, and gives you tips for how to make small changes that tailor your resume and cover letter to the job for which you're applying. All correspondence with Heidi was done over the phone or thru email, which was extremely convenient for me. It didn't matter that Heidi didn't know much about my field - she captured the exact language necessary. I spent $250, and it was worth every penny. Thank you, Heidi.

She has a knack for making the appearance of a resume something any interviewer will be interesting in reading. I can see why she calls her company "Creative" Edge Resume Service. I feel very confident now in presenting my resume to any prospective employer! Thank you, Heidi!

Ryan Eliason Professional Coaching - Ryan Eliason, Small Business Coach

Ryan Eliason Professional Coaching

If you got a chance to review the full expose I posted on Reddit,…read more https://www.reddit.com/user/xalipt/comments/drxcqw/ryan_eliason_not_my_cup_of_snakeoil_tea/ ...then you'll understand this better. But before you read this review, you should read my previous review, as the content below is a continuation of additional information from the experiences that continue to materialize from Ryan's interaction with me by email and voice mail messages. I again received more phone calls from Ryan Eliason. Of course, I allow them to go to voicemail since they are robocalls. Believe it or not, even though he informed all attendees at the conference, that the last day of the conference would be the final day to take advantage of the offer, he continues to make that offer. He is trying to make one feel that he is bolstering it, by providing everyone another free short (I assume again 15-minute) coaching session. It's not what it appears to be. It's an opportunity for this coach or Ryan to gain you as an audience once again so that he has another chance to convince you to buy into his over $5,000 non-refundable program. You already know my experience with his coaches and also now know that they are in his subpar class. So like Ryan, they also have no formal education in business, MBA, or any genuinely successful businesses that they can pull ideas from (it's called experience). They are not qualified to help you with business. That's enough to make you laugh and even worry. Would you have someone who's pulled out one of their teeth, serve as your dentist? No! How about having someone who was the slowest on the track team become your coach? No! But the real question is, would you have someone who has had continuing business failures, who opens up a business coaching practice, help you to succeed? What did he tell his clients in those first few years to have them buy into him? What lies must he have propagated? Well, today, I realized something far more monumental. Why Ryan speaks from the heart, it seems very fake. The automatic manifestation of a lot of animation and excitement goes together with anything that one is passionate about. It appears by default for everyone. When we speak about something we're excited about, we, as humans, cannot help but to get louder, get excited, smile more, yell with excitement, and display a lot of emotion. I noticed that today when I listened to his voicemail message that Ryan left, that this was missing. I then recalled moments in the conference, recalling how he spoke to his audience, and I realized it was the same. It lacked the luster that comes with any level of passionate stance. He says the following on today's voicemail message, "...I felt such a high at the event, and after the even and I just still feel wonderful. I'm just so filled up with all the love that was in the room and all the amazing transformation that took place and all of the truth that was spoken there and anyway, it was just a great weekend for me, and I hope it was a wonderful weekend for you as well." He states all this without any display of emotion or passion, and then quickly rolls into another offer to hook you into buying his non-refundable $5500 program. It's just so phony! All the love? Nearly 40% of his audience vanished after the first day! When people leave, it's because they cannot tolerate any more or because they see that what someone is offering is not genuine. Ryan already closed over $350,000 in sales at the conference, but he wants more. He has to legitimize his statement of making over $2 million each year, and that every year it increases. Since he only has one conference per year, I don't know about you, but it appears that he's nowhere close to reaching that milestone, let alone surpassing it. Kind of points to the direction that it never really happened. Bottom line: when you put all the facts together, Ryan is a non-qualified fraud who peddles his sham. Please don't fall into his trap. Go anywhere else, but first, try S.C.O.R.E. You have nothing to lose since it's free.

Not having any training in business, I felt confused and overwhelmed by all the details that needed attention. Worse, I was sure that there were details I didn't even know about, and that was terrifying. It was hard to take the leap and ask for help, and I'm so glad I did! I began working with Ryan, and from the first session I immediately gained clarity around who I needed to be to succeed, and what I needed to do to move my practice forward. Ryan listens deeply, and asks powerful questions. His program provides a structure that helps me organize all the different ideas I have for my practice (and my life!), and gives me the tools to implement them. Having Ryan as a coach has helped me stay focused, committed and supported. With Ryan's help, my practice is growing at a good pace, I enjoy being in practice, and I have much more confidence in my ability to get things done. Thank you Ryan!!
