Wanita and Edith have been cleaning our two-story home for over a year. They are punctual, polite, and clean thoroughly. I enjoy their uplifting and sweet dispositions! The floors are visibly still dirty- I can see the dust. Multiple cabinets were missed, and our in-law suite wasn't touched AT ALL despite me paying for the extra square footage. Whatever cleaning powder they used in the bathrooms was left dusted on and around all the faucets, where they clearly didn't wipe it away. It isn't worth asking them to come back and fix it because the work is so poor, I'm better suited to correct it myself. This was supposed to be a 4-5 hour clean. They "finished" in about 3, which we know because we had to run an errand during their cleaning and saw them leaving the house as we were driving back up the road. Maybe they assumed we would be gone for longer and wouldn't notice? They don't do refunds, so if you pay for bad work you'll be stuck in a cycle of them returning to "fix" it.

We were breaking a lease to relocate, so I had to have the house "market ready". I ended up not having to pay the quoted price because of how clean it was when they got there. HONEST, they are honest and won't overcharge you. They quickly went to work and were done in no time. If I were still in Fayetteville, I think I would have them in for a biweekly or monthly cleaning. Do not hesitate to call Eva. If they miss anything, they quickly correct it. What a real joy. Thank you ladies. I will remember your wonderful personalities for a long time. Best wishes for continued success.

But, after numerous delays and challenges solely on the part of the contractor, communication pretty much fell off, updates became infrequent and the work was never completed from Nov2025-the beginning of April 2026. Quality of painting was poor, lots of overpainted areas and many large missed areas. There was also a mess that still needed to be cleaned up which was completely unfair to the elderly resident.
