I normally don't leave negative reviews, but as a business owner your identity and reputation…read moreshould be your most protected asset. Not lies and deception and that's what I got from Yahir. A broken promise and lies about his ability to help, which is fine, but he gave me a commit that he broke. It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town. But if you can find someone on your bench, more dependable that Yahir, please check. This outfit is a joke! Sad you have to give one star when some companies do absolutely NOTHING!

Lots of high traffic areas and an old, stale smell threatened us to consider replacing the carpeted areas. I found D&C Commercial Cleaning Service on Yelp. They asked pertinent questions, gave me a great quote and scheduled service (over the busy holidays). I am grateful for their quick and clear communication and feedback. Not to mention their professionalism and courtesy! The carpets look NEW! The clean and fresh scent is wonderful. I highly recommend D&C Commercial Cleaning Service. They are professional, courteous, reasonably-priced, and have a measure of customer service that is refreshing. The carpet cleaning they perform is excellent, easily top-notch!

As a renter moving out, I hired Elevated Cleaning Solutions to do the move-out deep clean May 20…read more 1900 sq ft house. 1 story. Empty. Hired two ladies for 2.5 hours PLUS added on the fridge and oven cleaning to ensure they were done. Total cost of $275. Price was good. Ladies finished early as I assumed they would. I went by the house and did a quick walk through and everything looked and smelled great. Gave a 5 star rating (that I can't find anywhere to adjust). The rental company took a week before they went out to finish their review. Sent me a message that the baseboards and floors had not been cleaned - they could see dog hair. Honestly, I thought it was impossible. Contacted ECS and they asked me to provide pictures. So I went to the house to check - 45 min drive by the way. Sure enough. Using a broom, I swept up a lot of dog hair and dirt. Maybe they just missed the floors as the last thing they do. Took pictures of the dust pan full of hair and dirt, and dirty baseboards and sent to them. Called the company and they said I only had a 24-48 hour window to adjust. Since I already paid, the window had expired and I gave a 5 star rating, they are done. Said it was my problem. What I learned: Find a better cleaning company than Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Never trust a company that won't stand behind their work. Regardless of the window, this was an empty house and no one had been it in since them. Quite obviously a mistake they could have solved quickly. I have since cleaned the floors and baseboards myself. I will not be using this company ever again. Highly recommend you do the same.

BEST CLEANING SERVICE IN OKC!!…read more I needed move out cleaning done on a short notice so I put in a request on Yelp. None of the "big companies" even responded but Natasha reached out almost immediately and was able to answer all of my questions in the same day. Not only did she offer great prices, she even offered steam cleaning on all the carpet (for a small/local business that is incredible). After I booked with Natasha, I was already going to be out of the house so I left the door unlocked and trusted her to get the job done. Not only did she get the job done, she also sent me pictures of everything she did. To top it all off, there was one very small thing that was missed (fan blades or something) SO SHE DROVE BACK THE NEXT DAY TO RECLEAN THEM. I had already paid her and she could have easily said no but she went back anyway. If that doesn't show a dedicated business then I don't know what will Natasha is loyal, hard working, and dedicated - I recommend Your Way Cleaning Services to anyone and everyone 10/10 5 Stars
