I normally don't leave negative reviews, but as a business owner your identity and reputation…read moreshould be your most protected asset. Not lies and deception and that's what I got from Yahir. A broken promise and lies about his ability to help, which is fine, but he gave me a commit that he broke. It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town. But if you can find someone on your bench, more dependable that Yahir, please check. This outfit is a joke! Sad you have to give one star when some companies do absolutely NOTHING!

Lots of high traffic areas and an old, stale smell threatened us to consider replacing the carpeted areas. I found D&C Commercial Cleaning Service on Yelp. DBA Extreme Hoarding Cleanouts.com July 2026…read more Their website speaks of "The cleanup of a hoarding house can often lead to anxiety, depression, frustration and anger even when the hoarder is willing to have their home cleaned. The training our crews receive for hoarding cleanup addresses these issues and how to reduce the feelings a hoarder may feel." This is not true. I was given a two-day estimate to remove the trash and biohazards from my one-bedroom apartment. I was then told a third day would be needed due to excessive sorting. Well, when I got home, 90 % of my belongings were removed. Very little sorting being done. One example, there was an old wooden wall mirror and two jewelry boxes on my dresser. They kept the mirror and "trashed" the jewelry boxes. Essentially, I paid for an extra day to be robbed. Along with the scheduled removal I scheduled and paid for a two-day deep cleaning to be done afterwards. This deep cleaning was never done. The contact has not replied to my three requests to refund the third day and the deep cleaning.

The two workers (boyfriend-girlfriend couple) showed up hours late with their children that they left in a running car during summer heat (over 100 degree temperature). The excuse for being hours late was they were driving in from out of state. They demanded a tip after less than two hours of work and promised to return the next day. The next day they brought a friend and the woman and friend constantly had to be told what to do otherwise they'd disappear to use their cellphones or check the kids that were again in a running car. The girlfriend did not listen to directions well, throwing out and breaking a lot of brand new items purchased for the kitchen. Once they left, I discovered theft from where the girlfriend was located during the visit. All in all, a horrific experience. Wish I could give zero stars. I want to believe Curt did not intend for this outcome but did nothing to rectify the situation once I alerted him.
