The person (Curt) I texted with seemed pleasant enough--had no idea the workers sent out were subcontractors. The two workers (boyfriend-girlfriend couple) showed up hours late with their children that they left in a running car during summer heat (over 100 degree temperature). The excuse for being hours late was they were driving in from out of state. They demanded a tip after less than two hours of work and promised to return the next day. The next day they brought a friend and the woman and friend constantly had to be told what to do otherwise they'd disappear to use their cellphones or check the kids that were again in a running car. The girlfriend did not listen to directions well, throwing out and breaking a lot of brand new items purchased for the kitchen. Once they left, I discovered theft from where the girlfriend was located during the visit. All in all, a horrific experience. Wish I could give zero stars. I want to believe Curt did not intend for this outcome but did nothing to rectify the situation once I alerted him. read more

Full disclosure - I'm the husband of Becca J, who has also posted a review of this company. We got a deal for Squeaky Clean through Living Social. Our appointment was for 11:00am. My wife took off work to meet the cleaners. I got home at 12:30pm - still no sign of the cleaners. After a few phone calls they finally called us back around 1:00pm - apparently they were at a "nightmare" house but were coming. They'd still be a while, but they were coming. I took the afternoon off work to wait for these guys. 2:00pm, nothing. 3:00pm, nothing. 4:00pm...you get the picture. They just didn't show. No phone call or anything. I called both the cell phone and office number and left a couple of (angry) messages. I didn't get a call back...and that was about 2 weeks ago. So, we paid them money, they didn't show and they didn't attempt to contact us again. Avoid these guys at all costs...although I'm sure they'll be out of business soon. read more

I called this business to schedule a home cleaning for a disabled family member. When asked during the call if I would be present during the cleaning, I said yes. The person hung up on me. I called back several times, the call went to voicemail, and he never called back. This business is not based in Alaska. There are plenty of other local businesses who will treat you respectfully. I purchased a Groupon for 3 two hour cleaning sessions. So the first cleaner Rebecca was mediocre, I had to point out multiple places she missed in the bathrooms. And supposedly she is one of their best cleaners. The second cleaner Kelsey was ok, until my fiance caught her standing in front of the jewerly chest located in the bedroom which she was never instructed to clean. I didn't even bother with the third cleaning as I already called Groupon for a refund. I wouldn't use this company if I were you. Just my two cents. read more

We hired this company to do a move out clean, paid $160 for almost 4 hours. Honestly the worst cleaning job I've ever seen. Left trash on the floor, ignored an entire bathroom (only 2 bathrooms in the house), did not touch the fridge (we specified we needed this cleaned), left the house smelling weird, like smoke. We still have not heard back from the company regarding this, which is really irritating. The lack of care or regard for customer service is disappointing. I spoke with Kurtis a few times and felt like this company would be great for the services that I was looking for. So i booked an appt for their cleaners to come out and do a deep clean on my home for today 3/9/18 (which I booked about two weeks in advance) Kurtis informed me that the payment would not be deducted until after the cleaning was completed. Well when I woke up this morning the money had already been deducted from my account. The cleaners were suppose to come to my home at 9am. By 9:30am there was no one there. I called about 3 times before I was able to speak to someone. Kurtis finally called me back and told that the the arrival time for the cleaners was from 9am-11am.....ok, that's not what the confirmation emails and text messages said but ok. By 12:30 there were still no cleaners. Now no one will answer any of my calls or text messages or emails, which is funny because I didn't have this problem before they took my money. THESE PPL ARE SCAMMERS, UNPROFESSIONAL, CON ARTISTS AND WHAT EVER ELSE YOU WANT TO CALL THEM. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend buying a deal from them. I called to make the appointment because it was a one-time clean, for a special event, and the appointment day was important. The Marketing Manager I spoke to on the phone assured me my requested day was available, but I'd have to book online. I booked online, website said the day was available. I received an email confirming my appointment. The night before my appointment I got a call saying they couldn't do it and never had availability that day. What?? So not only do you never know if you really have an appointment, you won't know for sure until it's too late to get someone else. Repeated calls and emails to try and resolve my complaint went unanswered. I wold not do business with them. read more

The first time they came out, they did a great job. I was impressed, so I set up service for every 2 weeks... The next time, I left specific instructions and they were not followed at all and my floors were not cleaned... When I called to let Curtis know, he just said "Oh, today was that girls last day. Sometimes that happens when girls quit. Oh, ok? It's nice to be able to have your appointments on auto-pay, but there's poor communication... You never know how long they were there until you get charged... It's just a shady business with poor customer service. I have learned by the owners that this is a new business and I feel this is not worth your time or money to deal with them. Even though they attempt to be professional, they are not when it comes to running a business. They were extremely overwhelmed by the Groupon(Two 2-Hour Housecleaning Sessions (a $210 value) $99) and cancelled 2 scheduled sessions I had made with them. I had a hard time getting them to return my calls, and when they finally did call, they made excuses. I was directed to schedule my cleaning sessions on line, and when I did so, they cancelled stating that the employee called in sick, and then when on to mention the volume of the Groupon, and that regular clients who have standing appointments come first. They made a lot of excuses with their so called new software when it came to scheduling cleaning sessions. The cleaning they did was so-so, by this I mean that they took alot of short cuts. You have to tell them step by step what you want cleaned otherwise it will not get done. After my last session, I was extremely unhappy with the way the girl cleaned so I called to talk with the owner about it. The cleaning lady was supposed to have left a checklist on what she cleaned specifically but she did not. The owner does bad business, and is not willing to make this horrible situation right by reimbursement of funds or another cleaning session. Definitely, a lesson learned! read more

I bought a "deal" from Yelp for this service, which I NEVER got! The website that you must use to book is very cumbersome, and you have to plan it out about three weeks to a month. Then they never show up! Do not bother with them! Much, much, much, more trouble than they are worth! read more

I purchased a groupon from this company. They failed to show for a scheduled cleaning appointment that I had received email reminders about for days. I could not get someone to call me back and when I finally did they were unapologetic. I contacted the BBB & apparently the business never even responded to the BBB. I would not do business with this company. Luckily, groupon did give me a refund in groupon $, not the same as having my $ back, but at least it was something. read more

Bought a Living Social deal in June, and it was the worst mistake ever! Tried to make an appointment, I was told I couldn't get an appointment until at least March. Ridiculousness!!! Don't buy any groupons or any other kind of online deals for this company, they only book "coupon people" on certain days. They probably on schedule two or three a month. They used my credit card without authorization, failed to provide service that was even close to being acceptable, trash left in bath rooms, floors not cleaned. When I called to complain the owner did not know why my credit card was charged for additional charges after full payment was made to clean my two homes. The owner talks a lot about his computer system and scheduling, but fails to answer question or remedy complaints. Stole money from me on by making unauthorized charges on my credit card. read more

Stay away from this company. I hired them to clean my house and my Mothers house because my Brother had passed away and we had family staying with us before the funeral. We were busy making funeral arrangements etc. and depended on our homes being cleaned. For my Mothers cleaning, the housekeeper showed up 1 hour late and did not even empty trash cans, clean floors or dust. Supposedly she spent 4 hours cleaning. There is no way that she cleaned anything. When I contacted the owner, he told me she was subsequently fired for not having cleaning supplies at another residence. After the poor job my credit card was charged an additional $47 dollars. The owner acknowledged this was a strange charge and agreed to look into it. To this date I have had not followup from the owner. I filed a BBB complaint, the owner did not respond. I would not give them my credit card or let them in my home again. This was a big mistake and sad that they took advantage of someone who was going through the loss of a family member. I cleaned my mothers house so that she could feel comfortable with family and friends being there. Shame on you squeaky clean! read more

First visit - paid extra for deep clean bc I was hosting a shower at my house the next day. The lady was 30 min. late. I walked through the house with her to show her was I would like for her to focus on. She said she would be there 4-6 hours which was fine bc I had several errands to run. I paid (and naively tipped ahead) and returned to my house 2 hours later and she was already gone. Floors and countertops in the kitchen were completed but that was it! Absolutely nothing was dusted and a spot that was on the floor in the entry way was still there. I called the owner and told her and she sent another lady the following week to redo the job. And she did a great job. She was late (about 40 minutes) but I was really happy with the way the house looked when she was finished so I scheduled her again for every two weeks. The next appt. she calls 2 hours late to tell me she just finished a house that was in horrible shape and was on her way. Another 2 hours later she called to say that she had broken down on the highway and wouldn't make it but would be there the next day. Never heard from her again. Then the owner had the audacity to call me saying that I never paid for that cleaning! I told her that I was no showed twice and the second time she hadn't even called me back. And she still tried to get me to pay!! Absolutely AVOID this company!! read more
