I was in the Ormond Beach store, wanted to purchase a nectar pen. The associates convinced me to purchase an electric one. And up sold me to the more expensive $80 one. Upon taking it home, it would go through all of the electronic functions, but would lose heat and would not burn. I had several other people try with the same result. When I purchased the unit, it was the last one they had and was a display unit. I brought it back the next morning for a replacement or a refund and they said they don't do that. They would have someone look at it and get back with me. Later that day, the sales associate got a hold of me and told me that the unit was working perfectly. I went back and picked up the unit, took it back to the house and tried it again with the same result it would go through all of the lighting, but would not burn the distillate. I brought the unit back again with a video displaying that the unit would not stay hot when touching the oil. Ultimately, the sales associate told me every sale is final and they do not back their product. Even though this was a display unit, the sales associate made me feel as though I was either lying or ignorant. I would not recommend this shop because they do not back their product. You would think that selling me a display unit that was defective would be an obvious refund or replace replacement. The associate was irritated and short with me informing me that there is nothing that they can do. I was hoping that the owner would get a hold of me directly to address the situation. I can not use it at all! That was a display unit, was defective from purchase, and I was demeaned and rejected with prejudice. I have been going to the store for years, but that type of treatment and lack of Support will keep me from going back. Such a friendly workers and owner! Huge selection of everything you could think of! I go mainly for vapes but my friends have gone for pipes, lighters, wraps, etc. They also carry little goodies like candles and a double beer bong. It's very clean and a respectable business. read more

I went in for a battery base for my carts and he offered me a cheap $10 and I said no and I have had one before. Asked if he had a better one(I am not worried about price just quality). He showed me another one and I said I had one like that before and the button broke and he said it didn't then tried to argue. For the record, the one he was offering was $35 and it was open and there was no lid to the box. I am ok with someone telling me that they don't have something I want but please don't tell me what I have and that it didn't break because they don't break. Will never go there again..... read more

i was there 12/28/21 to replace a pipe that i damaged when i was at a friends home , i knocked it off a table . i went inside and explained what had happened and that i was not a smoker i spoke with the lady there and spoke with my friends wife on the phone as i could not get him at that time . she was on speaker with her at that time and my friends wife explained what she wanted,i was shown options and told how good they were as normal. i bought a pipe and paid in cash . then my friend told me it wasnt what they asked for and would not be of use to them.i returned the next day thinking that since he did nothing more then look at it that i would be able to exchange or return it . i was meet with total indifference about it , i was told at that time that they couldnt take it back that it was the law. (was not told that at time of purchase) and in short that i s.o.l. in so many words . in todays wold every dollar i have i pretty much need and this was not a planned purchase . it was one thing to sell it to me without telling me that and another to be totally indifferent about everything. found it to be a very bad experience while im not a pipe smoker and it wont matter to them if i return i hope that others will take what i have to say to heart . it seems that they had no issue with me spending my money on something that they were aware that it was not what was wanted.i shortly after (the next day) went on vacation for the holidays and still have a paper weight pipe and still need to get my friend a new one, read more
