Absolutely the best in east Volusia. The negative reviewers below failed to grasp the power & reach of the FDA, which a short time ago revamped its regs (read: laws) concerning vape stores. Fines (in the range of tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars) & even imprisonment face owners of such establishments if they don't precisely follow the dictums of the FDA (which fines & prison face *every* business owner or industrial concern in the U.S. not obedient to the bureaucrat's commands). Meanwhile, back to my review: *Don*, the owner, is cordial, professional & accomodating. He will go the extra mile to see you're satisfied. The inventory is top-of-the-line, reasonably priced. You may see it online for less, but at KD, you can examine the item, ask a human being about it, change your mind & you'll still get whatever it is you want that instant, instead of waiting for the item to be shipped to you--and paying for that shpg. If afterward the item isn't exactly what you want, you can in most cases (except items that go in your mouth) return it--with receipt--for an exchange. Without having to pack it up & ship it back to that online ghost store. His assistants replicate Ron's courtesy, attention to detail & professionalism. I've shopped up & down east Volusia (since 2014), from NSB to PC, & no store gives you the quality, beats the price or equals the professionalism that you'll find at KD Vapes. Finally, the answer is "No," I've no financial interest in the business; I'm not a neighbor of or even friends with Ron; & I wasn't paid or even asked to write this review. Horrible customer service, they have a sign that clearly states they refund threw store credit, lady who worked there sold me the wrong pods for my vape, went back to see if she could give me the right ones. Said she couldn't do anything for me. And threw an attitude at me like I did something wrong. And she has no idea about any of the products she's "selling" read more

Customer service is not a part of this business. The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to assist. They blame it on the new vape laws to make it acceptable. On top of that the prices are way higher for less juice. If you like getting ripped off this is the place for you. read more

I'm going to have to agree with the other review. When it comes to customer service, this place lacks tremendously. The woman who works there is EXTREMELY. Unfriendly. Always has an attitude, and She huffs and puffs when a customer walks in like she was inconvenienced. They offer a "loyalty" card that is supposed to "save" you money. Even with the discount their e juice was 3.00 more than local competitors. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, where customers are appreciated. read more
