The staff here is very cool and helpful with any of my purchase questions. They have really cool shirts and tapestries. Sunglass deals. They are the perfect one stop shop for the beach goer. Beach smoker. They also have cute clothing. Cbd products. I love the bath bombs from here! The clothing is cute. There is a glass shop in the back with amazing workings of art. I have been a local for a very long time and Tara has probably worked there for over 7 years or close to it she's the beautiful so it usually is at the front counter. The cape cartridge I bought didn't work. When I returned to the store to exchange it, they wouldn't allow it. They didn't give me a return because I didn't try it in the store. Very unprofessional staff. I'm going somewhere else. read more

First time buying from this store. Vape didn't taste like anything, went to my car to try the vape and they wouldn't return/exchange right after I bought 3. They should advise first time buyers you have to try the vap in the store. Would not recommend buying from this place and the staff is rude. read more

I went in knowing I wanted something, but I didn't know exactly what I wanted. The gentleman who helped me was very patient and thorough. He showed me around to help me find something to meet my needs and he gave me his honest thoughts. He didn't try to sell me something with features I didn't need and wouldn't use. I checked the price of the item I purchased on other websites and found the same product selling for between $17-$25 (plus shipping) more than what Purple Haze was selling it for. Overall, intelligent staff, relaxed atmosphere and very low prices. read more

Purchaced a Mike fro diffy set for $150(bowl and downstem). The young woman who was packaging it dropped one of the two glass components to the set and ignored it. She then proceeded to bag the item up and hand me half of what I paid for. When I asked if she saw the piece fall she denied anything happened while getting more defensive and hostile. At first she denied that it fell onto the metal bag stand, discharging a drum roll, but only admitted to dropping it after her superioir repeatedly asked her "did you drop the piece of glass". Its not that the piece of glass was at risk for being damaged it was the fact that the young lady at the counter tried to hide that she was handing me 1/2 pieces. Who leaves a $70 bowl sitting on the floor for 5 min? Someone trying to steal it. Distrustful, envious employees try to steal from you here and the owner did not seem to care that the cashier tried to steal from a customer. Don't buy any glass here the employees will probably feel entitled to steal it. read more

Very disappointing as it was way overpriced and rude staff when they ask for ID'S they can be nicer about it.

I have no other motive except helping people avoid getting disappointed, as I have. I also shopped with several friends when these incidents occurred so at I have witnesses to these incidents... This is my First Ever review posted about a business. I don't even own a social media account. I would never maliciously post Anything unwarranted or untrue... They will not honor any next day exchanges or refunds on their unused products, even with a receipt. It's difficult to hear you have to come back same day for a chance to exchange especially if you're two hours away. The owner is uncompromising and unremorseful and I just wanted to exchange for something different. They'll also sell China made glass as American crafted. I bought a water pipe with the owner insisting the product being crafted in America, paid $170. After purchasing, returning home and removing the price tag, I unveiled a Made in China sticker under it... Highly unlikely this was American crafted but the owner insisted that I was "mistaken" and it wasn't true (ie. I'm Lieing). Very shady business practices, they'll likely lie to your face to make the sale and turn you away if you try to exchange something. Be sure to negotiate exchanges and returns before purchasing anything, and I suggest getting it in writing... My buddy also bought a 60 dollar vape torch from them that's at Harbor freight for six...
